Select Physical Therapy - Middletown

I am beyond pleased with the the treatment I received as well as the treatment for my teenage son. The appointments and at-home exercises did the trick for both of us. Patrick was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Brian as well. I highly recommend Middletown Select Physical Therapy for all ages.

From the minute that we walked into the facility for the first time, to every returning appointment time, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The physical therapists Nick, Patrick and Samantha are always very friendly. They take the time to get to know the clients. You definitely aren’t “just a patient/client”. I am glad that we picked this facility. They have appointments that fit your schedule every day.

I can only attest to working with Sam as a therapist, but as a crew they all truly care about the wellbeing of you and your care. They are all friendly and genuinely nice people. They are willing to work with you to make sure everything is manageable for your health and goals. I cannot say enough great things about this company and how much they truly care about their patients.

I had gone for PT at another facility with minimal results for a neck problem. I went to Select Physical Therapy actually for my daughters sports injury and really liked the way they treated her. I liked them not only for her injury but also the way they interacted with her. They are all extremely friendly and wonderful with their patients. They come highly recommended from my daughters orthopedic doctor.

2018: The team at Select PT in Middletown is really fantastic. Not only do they make their clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for... but they also work extremely well together, which makes any environment thrive. Highly recommend! Update: I returned to Select in 2021 for a different ailment and the staff had changed a little but they were just as good as when I went a few years ago. My problem was resolved in a matter of 2 months. I also had a problem with my insurance and the manager even called me on a Friday after hours on his OWN TIME to check in with me and asked if there was anything he could do to help (billing and insurance issues are not handled on site so I was grateful he reached out because he certainly didn’t have to).

I was referred by a friend to the Middletown location after my surgery and received an appt right away. Samantha took great care on helping me increase mobility and strength with each office visit. She knew my limits and helped me achieve set goals. I really appreciated her professionalism and her ease of making my therapy appointments enjoyable. I also encountered a friendly staff in the office and on the phone. I have referred others as well for their therapy needs.

Not impressed with my encounter there the only good thing I have to say is that they are friendly. Therapy is supposed to be a one on one I'm here working with you appointment not do this exercise and I'll be back in a few minutes I have to help someone else as I sit there and wait 10 minutes for them to come back after I'm done. They are working with at least 5 other patients and not paying attention to you to make sure your doing things properly. Also therapy should only be a half hour or so not 90 minutes. It's not hard to see it's only about the money and not you. You want good therapy go to a hospital run therapy office.

My son has been going for physical therapy for a few weeks now. Ben is very attentive to what my son can do and what his needs are. I often sit while my son has the heat therapy and I see how Ben interacts with is patients. He really does care about their recovery. Its a very clean office and very relaxing. My son looks forward to his appointments. I highly recommend this facility.
