Facility is clean and fully equipped. Easy parking access. Reed was my PT and he was great! Very receptive to your input, very good at explaining the exercises you are assigned and why you’re doing them, and he really tailors your session to address your specific concerns and goals. I had a great experience and after about a month of weekly sessions, I feel better than ever.

This Select Physical Therapy location has impressed me with their professionalism and commitment to their patients from the moment I first walked through their door. I've been working with Reed for almost 2 months as I rehab from hip arthroscopy surgery, and I'm grateful for Reed's calm demeanor, knowledge, humor, and attention to detail! These attributes have been essential in guiding us through the PT protocol established by my surgeon's team, and he has enthusiastically communicated my progress to them every step of the way. I've observed each of the other physical therapists to be equally knowledgeable, focused, and committed to the success of their clients. Meanwhile at the front desk, Vanessa and Warisha are also impressive as they calmly and kindly communicate with all clients and oversee preparations in the facility: clean towels and pillowcases are placed at each station and all patient insurance, appointment scheduling, and reminders are handled with ease. Select Physical Therapy La Jolla has a great team in place, and I am happy to be doing my post-surgery rehab here!

This is my first time to receive treatment at Select Physical Therapy. I really like the convenience of the location and the abundance of parking. My physical therapist is very professional and seems to be successfully treating my injury.

I truly look forward to coming to physical therapy here! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I was in a lot of pain when I first came in and with the help of Allie I have made really good progress. Vanessa is also fantastic with scheduling and making sure I’m on track with my insurance.

When upon entering Select Physical Therapy La Jolla you are greeted by the wonderful Vanessa and Angela. These girls know what they’re doing and can answer any questions you may have about PT. My Physical Therapist is Reed and he is amazing. Reed explains in depth what exercise you are doing and what muscles you are working. He also is very good at hands on work and knows exactly how and what to work on. Thank you so much to Select Physical Therapy for helping me with my shoulder recovery!

Allie is truly amazing! I've always been a little skeptical of PT... but I can't wait to go twice a week. She knew right away what was going on and how to calm my pain down. She is the absolute BEST! Knows her stuff... she is so patient, she seems to ask all the right questions, and then actually listens. Highly recommend!!!
