I’ve been coming to Select Physical Therapy at 3939 Ruffin Rd for a year, and I can’t recommend my physical therapist,Leroy Velasco, and the entire office enough. Leroy genuinely cared about my progress, always listened, and customized my sessions to keep me improving. Also, Leroy’s positivity and knowledge made every session fun and motivating! The whole team is fantastic – Brandon, Mike, and Felix all make you feel welcome and supported from the moment you walk in. If you’re looking for the top-notch Physical Therapy office in San Diego, this is it!

I'd love to recommend this PT clinic to everyone! The whole staff is super friendly and helpful (Sarah, Raki, David and Tyler). The place itself has great equipment and is very cozy and clean. AND my PT Sarah is just the best, caring human ❤️ She's very experienced and has the best attitude to treat and help others. I couldn't have chosen a better place to work on my knee issues.

The search is over. Select Physical Therapy is exactly what you need. I was referred by another student athlete and I spent roughly three months working with Brandon and Mike. They helped me get back to my old self after I herniated my L4-L5 vertebrae. A physical therapy clinic can only be as good as its therapists and staff, both of which are top tier at Select Physical Therapy. They were always nice and hand tailored my recovery to fit my needs. I truly looked forward to getting to chit chat and hangout with Brandon and Mike during my visits. No one likes getting hurt and PT can be a very frustrating process. But the staff here will be there with you each step of the way from when you walk in the door and are greeted, all the way until you finish your treatment. Seriously cannot recommend enough!

Working with the team at Select Physical Therapy has been crucial to my success in being able to walk again. I am still on the road to recovery, but they have helped me get over my fears that had developed after my injury. Each appointment I have had has shown me exponential progress in growth toward my goal of walking. I am so grateful for their patience and kindness, and their willingness to allow me to move at my own pace. I highly recommend Select Physical Therapy.

I love that the clinic is clean, and spacious. The staff are friendly and approachable too. My physical therapist, Michael is knowledgeable, supportive, and very compassionate with his patient/s. I like it when he really takes time to explain what caused the injury, and what would be the best way to fix or improve it. I also like it when they sent me link for the exercises that I can do at home. I highly recommend this clinic!

One of the best customer service and physical therapy services I've been to. Sara is awesome and has experienced hands! I appreciate her attention to detail when treating my injuries. She takes the time explain the why and comes up with a treatment plan that is efficient and specific. I also liked the patient care plan link that sends my at home exercises to my email. (So I don't forget) - Priscilla and Erin are both knowledgeable and offer corrections as I perform the exercises. They allow me to do the reps at my pace and adjusting of I am in too much pain. Ms. Rocky the front desk staff was very patient when I switched insurances, even with the back and forth of authorizations. The intern Chris is very professional and thorough.

Select Physical Therapy (Ruffin Road location) is excellent. Everyone who works there is kind, helpful, and thoughtful. My physical therapist Leroy Velasco is knowledgeable and skilled as well as friendly and supportive. It is no fun to need physical therapy, but I am thankful to have help from the great people at Select! In addition to their exceptional staff, the parking is free and abundant, the facility is always neat and clean, they play a good mix of music, and they have a variety of equipment to help everyone who goes there for PT. Highly recommended!

Leroy at select physical therapy, help me and made me feel comfortable with my first physical therapy for my sciatica. He didn’t have me overdo it and helped loosen up the sciatica before we did our stretches which I felt really good at the end of my appointment walking out. Looking forward to my next appointment next week. Also, good music and good vibes by the other therapist that were in there also.
