Select Physical Therapy - Huntersville - Kincey Avenue

Kevin is a good listener. Takes my feedback, and using his expertise, tailors a plan for me - weekly. Knowing progress is constant, there is no set "canned" routine and the progress is visible to me quickly. I am so impressed.

This review is for Select Physical Therapy at the Kincey Avenue Huntersville NC location. I don’t know where to start describing the wonderful and exceptional treatment I received there. Brittany Griffin was my therapist along with Becca and sometimes Janalle. First of all Brittany’s knowledge and professionalism was beyond anything I've ever experienced in physical therapy. I’ve been in and out of physical therapy for years for arthritis and other related ailments. Some of the movements and exercises that Brittany showed me were unique and I had not done anything like these in previous experiences in physical therapy. I saw overall improvement in abilities and gained additional strength. I am still able to work full time on my feet and I am now 70 years old. Besides all this, being with these therapists made the entire experience enjoyable. They are all so kind, understanding and compassionate. They motivated me to succeed and gave me hope from day one with their knowledge and expertise and care, Thank you Brittany, Becca and Janelle. And not to forget their receptionist Laverne that welcomed me and all the patients with friendliness and professionalism

Select Physical Therapy, Kevin, and LaVerne were phenomenal. Kevin took the time to explain why and the purpose of my exercises and LaVerne was warm and welcoming (always with a smile). Thank you all and I will see you again next year

Brittany at Select Physical Therapy is Great! I’ve tried PT before and always quit going, but Brittany works to make sure you go at your own pace and with exercises you feel comfortable with so you’ll keep with therapy and get better! I’ve never met a therapist like her before. 5 Starts!!!

This place is not worth wasting your time trying to heal. They will double dip on your visits please understand that if giving so many visits each item that wrong. like your knee are back you not going get it only 30 minutes and 30 minutes when it should have been one hour each. This place is to busy to help one person the therapist has two are three clients at one time so care is not centered towards you are doesn’t help if need are to make sure you doing it right. They will lie about your care trust me. didn’t do nothing for my back even when they write they did do something which as a joke make sure you know first hand what your being treated for and get copy of order show how many days because they will fix to make it look good for a busy office not organized paperwork LOTS OF LIES NO PROOF OF CARE PLAN AND NO END OF CARE PLAN SO MANY Violations of the North Carolina statue 90 18E Again not use this place if MEDRISK TRYS TO SET UP select physical therapy SAY NO NO NO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ITS YOU HEALTH

Absolutely love this place! Brittany is amazing! I definately recommend anyone hurting with their back and or feet to give them a chance to make you feel better. I have only been going for a few weeks and I can tell the difference. Brittany explained the recovery process which helped me understand the steps I need to take during and after therapy sessions.

On September 23, 2020 I had back surgery (lumbar fusion). Needlessly to say I was in pain everyday for over 2 years. My Dr. Alexis Hood recommended me to go to Select Physical Theraphy and this is where my healing journey began. I met Brittany and her Team and each time I went I felt better and Better. The atmosphere itself was so warm and Welcoming. Now I have been released after 4 months of great sincere care I can truly say I have a Mindset to subconsciously hear their voices and continue my routine as a part of my daily maintenance. Many thanks also to Lavern, Jenell, Becca and Sam. I will return ONLY TO SAY HELLO. Thank You Once Again.
