My first time experience at Garden Oaks on Ella Blvd was satisfactory. My Therapist Jacqueline Goldberg was very kind, caring, knowledgeable, professional. Ms. Goldberg listened to everything i had to say. I appreciate that. My exercise Ms Goldberg provides for me was simple and easy to perform. I would recommend Select Physical Therapy to everyone. Jeanne and the team at Select Physical Therapy - Garden Oaks provide a very thorough and comfortable therapy experience. They were very concerned about my comfort while helping me focus on the therapy needed to address my issue. Jeanne did an excellent job of explaining how the various exercises would strengthen, in my case, my lower back muscles. Her instruction taught me very quickly that I had been bending and lifting incorrectly my entire life contributing to lower back issues. Armed with this new information and strengthening exercises, they just worked Select Physical Therapy out of a job with me. However, I will take every oppotunity to recommend their excellent service.

Both therapists,Nkolika Nweke and Jacqueline Goldberg treated me very kindly and patiently as I am 74 years old and slightly hard of hearing. My shoulder strength is improving and I know their treatment has helped.I rate them both 5 star +. And they are both very pretty women!

This location is very close and convenient. Patrice is doing an excellent job controlling my pain management with stretch routines that are also laid out on the select therapy app,. The app makes it very easy to communicate and allows me to show my progress outside of PT therapy at the location, staff is very friendly and easy to work with great job!

Ms. Goldberg was VERY thorough with her assessment of my condition. She provided a set of exercises and remedial actions I can take to lessen my pain. Very professional and well informed. I highly recommend her care.

Patrice is a very nice young lady. She is very patient with you. Very professional, courteous, and most of all very caring. I would recommend Patrice as a PT, she is very knowledgeable. She knows what she is doing. This is your go-to person. I love her knowledge.

Referred by doctor, they never contacted us. I tried calling but line was busy or went to voice mail. I went in person to set up initial appointment and was met by a rude and uncaring receptionist. No appointments available for a month out. I've used this location several times previously and they were always pleasant and respectful but that appears to have changed. I'll be trying another location.
