Select Physical Therapy - East Nine Mile Road

I could not finish treatment because their billing department is incapable of fixing their mistakes. For over a year they have been submitting incorrect information to my insurance. I have called my insurance company and insurance said Select just needs to submit my married name and confirm that I am the actual patient receiving treatment (they're submitting therapy as my husband as the patient). My insurance said they have submitted incorrect data over and over instead of actually fixing the issue! Meanwhile, Select sent my bill to collections for their own issue! Also my referral expired and I could not finish therapy!

Jeanette, my therapist, is down to earth friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The interactions between the team members at SPT is refreshingly pleasant. Most importantly, my body is responding to the therapy provided by Jeanette. She’s the best!

The staff are amazing. They really get to know you during your time with them. While I had some reservations about if PT really helped, I went anyway and was not disappointed. If you are not sure if PT will help you, try going here and they will help you figure out if PT is a good fit.

I am just into my PT journey which I'm told will be a 9 to 12 months ordeal. Wouldn't have anybody else but Jennie or the Select Physical Therapy staff carrying out my post-surgical plan. Jennie is thorough and caring and is well versed in my particular needs. Hope she will be my PT for the remainder of my therapy.

This therapy office is well located with easy parking. The staff and therapist are most pleasant. My therapists made me feel comfortable and was easy to ask questions. I’m very pleased we choosing them for my care.

Select physical therapy is great and I'm proud of my progress in 6 weeks after surgery. I feel like the atmosphere in the building is great and comfortable. The team is also great. I recommend to all. Just go see for yourself.

Megan Shaw is a excellent therapist at Select PT. She is friendly, informative, and easy to talk to, and listens to you. She takes the time to explain everything, and makes you comfortable.

Love Select Physical Therapy, my therapist was excellent. I'm a mom of grown boys, so my therapist reminded me of my sons. That said alot to me, and I know he will help me and make sure I'm motivated.
