Select Physical Therapy - Doral

Michael has been a great help in my ankle recovery. He has been very welcome easy to talk, he explains what we are doing and what I need to improve. He never hesitate to answer my question or concern. I look forward to my appointment with him every week.

I called to see if they took my insurance and they do , they told me I need a referral that’s ok but then the lady on the phone started to give me attitude when I asked her what type of services do they offer for upper back pain management and refuse to tell me , lost a customer for that one won’t be going here with that type of attitude

Yeah, they screwed up with me. I had an appointment today at 7AM scheduled back on May 22nd. I just showed up and they said they don't have my name on file anywhere for this appointment and they have to reschedule me for another day. I said how is that possible? I spoke with them and they said my appointment would be today at 7AM. They said they can see me on Tuesday the earliest. I said fine, but at 7AM, right? They said no. The soonest they could see me at 7AM would be on the 11th. They then suggested I can check their other locations to see if they can accommodate my schedule. I then decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. I'd like to also note that I did overhear a therapist telling a client that today was their last day and that another therapist was leaving the location as well to go work somewhere else. To me, having a high turnover of personnel like that is not a good sign. And I also like to add that I originally tried to schedule something with the Miami Lakes location and they took days to return my call. My final thought on the matter: if you can go somewhere else, I suggest you should. By my experience and interactions with them, they seem to have management problems that contributes negatively to their day-to-day operations. UPDATE: Thank you for your response, but I'm not interested to hear from or to discuss with leadership of this location at this time about my experience. I've already taken my business elsewhere.

I had an amazing experience at this Select Therapy. Since you walk in, you are welcomed. The guy in the front desk was polite and helpful. Bri was my therapist. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to help you. I came with a shoulder injury and already feeling a lot better. Thank you Select Therapy

Very happy with my physical therapy at Select. Jannelys helped me come back from an ACL reconstruction with return to sport activity in a great way. 100% would recommend. Lots of variety in exercises.

Recently experienced knee pain and went to Select Physical Therapy. In Doral. Janellys was my therapist and I could not be happier. She’s caring and listens to your needs. She was helpful and I improved daily with her sessions & recommendations. Great therapist.

Excellent care, especially the therapists. They have quickly taught my 90-year-old mother-in-law to walk more safely.
