Select Physical Therapy - Denver Diamond Hill

I went to Select Physical Therapy on a weekly basis for months after my knee surgery and they made it so that PT was something I was actively looking forward to. Everyone there is so friendly and encouraging, especially my therapist Rachel who I could not have recovered as well as I did without. They went above any beyond to cater to not only my injury but how I was feeling during any given session and I bounced back stronger than ever 100% because of the Select PT team. I cannot thank them enough for all they've done!

I went to Select Physical Therapy at the referral from my primary care, and the therapist was fine, and it helped me narrow my arm nerve pain down to my neck. But I got sticker shock at the receptionists desk when she said that it would cost $120 because I had a deductible I'd hardly touched. And they wanted 2 visits a week at that rate, which is completely out of my price range. So I said they'll need to bill me for it as I wasn't told upfront it would cost that much, and I didn't have enough money in my account at the time. When I finally got a bill a few days ago, it they're charging me $177 and they charged $300 with a discount of $122 from somewhere. More than double, for a single visit on referral from my physician. I'll never return to this place now.

UPDATE June 19th: management called me to discuss my concerns. A refund is being processed. I updated my review from 1 start to 3 starts in response. UPDATE June 10th: its been over a week since Select Physical Therapy response to my 1 start google review and I still have not received my refund nor has anyone from management reached out to me (Select Physical Therapy responded to my original review stating that someone would contact me.)  I guess their response to my google review was just lip service. ORIGINAL REIVEW: They over charged me two weeks in a row because they did not verify if my deductible has been met. They had my card on file so I did not even realize the amount they were charging me. Then they said if would take several weeks to get my refund. They also acknowledged that they would have never refunded me the money if I had not noticed the error and asked for a refund. My therapist was a rotating therapist so I could not even fishing my treatment with the therapist I started with. The following therapists was not warm or friendly. I am ending my treatment early as a result.

Very friendly! Gave me exercises that was effective in improving my neck pains and arm pain. She communicated a little bit in sign language and that is a plus for me :-) Of course I recommend Rachel Mowszowski ~SMILES~

This place is great. Nick was my primary PT and he was a lot of fun to work with. Same for Rachel. They got my shoulder working great in no time. I highly recommend them!

Seriously the most amazing place to get help. I have never felt more cared for by a group of professionals including the front desk ladies who will make you smile without trying. Not only do I trust rachel with my life now, but I am so much more knowledgeable and aware of my own injury and how to better myself. The only reason to not go here would be if you want to continue getting injured and if you hate nice, funny, and kind hearted people.

Professional, courteous. My therapist knew her stuff. She listened and responded with clear, concise instructions. Her list of exercises have helped me a great deal.

After many bouts of PT for numerous injuries and surgeries, Select Physical therapy has gone above and beyond getting me back to the exercise I wanted to do and made me feel more confident throughout the process. Dr. Nick knows his stuff and is a fantastic teacher. Rachel, the student PT who I mainly worked with is a boss and is going to be an amazing DPT. Thanks to the whole front office staff and team here!!!
