Select Physical Therapy - Crestview

I was referred to Select PT by Orthopedic Associates. They have a very nice facility and you can get scheduled fairly quickly with them. If you need a hand specialist, Kiana is awesome to work with. In just a few visits I'm already seeing vast improvements and I feel like she really cares too. Her treatments are catered to the patient and not just cookie cutter.

Ms. Audrey is very knowledgeable about her job and caring about her patients. My experience with her has been very positive and she is a great Physical Therapist. I am looking forward with her scheduled care plan she has for my PT for helping my knee to heal and back on my feet soon.

Kiana Provitt, OT Is compassionate, knowledgeable and experienced. I appreciate her very much. I like the one-on-one care the she gives. She also ask questions during and after therapy to see if it’s helping. She made sure I was doing the exercises in proper form

Straight forward to the exercises,straight forward to the point. Focused on the injured area. Staff is super friendly and awesome!!! Oh and also the music playlist is on point too!!! 😆

Kiana is a very nice person and knows her job at the therapy place. She is a very pleasant person, easy to work with, easy to understand, and pleasant to talk with.

Select Physical Therapy absolutely deserves 5 stars!!! The ladies at the front desk pleasant, genuinely pleasant and even if they don't, they seem to love their job and reminded me exactly what customer service looks like, when you enter a place for the first time. If you need an example, these ladies are spot on!!! As for Kiana, she listened and I'm not the best at descriptive pain, and while I felt what I was feeling, it wasn't the normal... she came up with a plan, I stuck to it, and I don't have to see her anymore 😉... I did the work, strengthen my tendons and muscles I didn't even know were weak, and the issue that I had is no more. I still continue with the exercises she gave me. Kiana even said I could reach out if I needed some other techniques. All in all, the ladies at the front desk and Kiana, (and myself - I listened and am doing the work) made physical therapy a great experience... (just remember, it will probably hurt more before it gets better and it takes time to retrain, strengthen, but you can get there (I hope))

Exceptional Physical Therapy clinic! I am grateful to Dan and Kim for their patience and help during my visits. The entire staff is terrific, everyone helpful and friendly. An asset to our community.
