Very caring and knowledgeable people work at SPT at this Conway location. They know how to make sometimes difficult treatments understood and valued for your best recovery outcomes. They truly seem to really care and listen to your concerns about your well being. The positive atmosphere is definitely a plus when it comes to healing!

Don’t recommend them and told my PCP. My first visit they did not have the courtesy to tell me my appt would be delayed because the PT wanted to spend more time with a patient. I told the PT that I could not use the massager that cost over $800 and does not work in my house. It appears the only treatment option was the massager that two health professionals affiliated with Conway Regional said I didn’t need. It appeared Select Physical Therapy cared more about how much money they could make off me than my care.

Trudy is the best therapist I have ever had. With all the knowledge and years of experience: she brings the relationship factor. She takes the time to genuinely understand my unique needs. She has helped me so much! She is Highly recommended!!!

Do NOT trust their billing practices. I asked about a copay before starting therapy and verified with the front desk lady more than once. Now there's a $318 balance. I called the front desk lady when I started getting a bill. She told me to wait and allow my insurance to pay. I never would have started therapy or multiple sessions because I knew I wasn't prepared for that bill. She kept reassuring me that there is NO copayment. I know better next time to check with my insurance. It's simply a poor business practice, a scam or incompetence on her behalf.

Steven Gebhardt did an outstanding job working with me. I recommend him absolutely. When I have my shoulder replacement done in a few months I hope he can work with me then.
