Select Physical Therapy - Clinton

I have been going to Physical Therapy here at Select in Clinton for the last 3 months, after tearing my ACL and getting reconstructive surgery. My experience here has nothing short of phenomenal. The Physical Therapist, Nick, truly cares about his patients. Since my first visit, every time I walked in, he not only knew my name, but he knew my father’s name (needed a ride post surgery) as well. He makes himself readily available to his patients, and encourages us to ask questions or voice any concerns we may have. I also believe he does a great job with tailoring specific recoveries to specific patients. I am a on the younger side, and he has made my recovery feel much more athleticism based, versus just “get me able to walk again”. I genuinely look forward to going to physical therapy each time. The atmosphere in the clinic is awesome, and you never feel like you’re just another person Nick has to see. Plus, the receptionist Lori, is awesome! I would highly recommend Select Physical therapy in Clinton to anyone and anyone who needs to see a PT!

The team here was great, Nick was great to work with and the results were great. I would recommend if you have a choice of where to receive PT. Lori is also very helpful with scheduling and getting all the paper work sorted out, so there was much less stress on that side of the process.

Nick is an excellent Physical Therapist. He listened to me describe my issues and adjusted my treatment according to how I was feeling each visit. He clearly explained where my pain was coming from and how the exercises and treatments would help me. It was easy to schedule appointments and everyone is very friendly!

I strongly recommend Nick at Select Physical Therapy located in Clinton, CT. Nick’s knowledge, communication and professionalism is above any PT I’ve worked with before. He is not only patient but takes the time to explain exactly what his plan is and how it will help impact your recovery and how it is unique to you. I suffered over a two year span with a spinal condition that is not operable at this time and is presently being treated by spinal specialists. When they suggested PT along with my medical care, I was extremely skeptical and hesitant due to past failed experience with PT. I spoke with Nick on the phone prior to making an appointment. When I met with him for an initial appointment, he not only explained his course of action but reviewed and read my medical records. It has been six weeks and I cannot say enough about how Nick has brought light to the end of my tunnel. I can now do things I have been restricted to and am regaining strength, mobility and hope. He runs an extremely professional and caring practice. Lorry who you will meet at the front desk is nothing short of wonderful as well. You will not be disappointed!!!

Went there with hip problems a couple weeks back and my improvement has been astounding in just a short amount of time. Very nice and capable people, easy to work with. Would 100% recommend. Nick is the man!

My physical therapy sessions at the Clinton Select Physical Therapy have been of enormous benefit to my recovery. PT Nick has gone beyond my expectations, as besides the actual therapy he provides he has maintained contact with surgeon’s team acting as an extension of my care team. His upbeat persona creates a positive atmosphere that encourages the extra effort required to achieve the recovery sought. The office admin person, Lorry Ann, as well is more than willing to assist in all other needs and is a welcome complement ensuring a holistic experience. I highly recommend their services!
