My experience here at Select Physical Therapy could not have been better than it was. I run division 1 track and I have had several injuries over the past few years including a recent stress injury in my shin and a calf strain. I worked with Erin D over the past few months and I have made a complete recovery. I seriously could not have asked for someone better than Erin. She was so dedicated to helping me get back into running it made me not think about what I couldn’t do but instead think about how I can be better. Erin would print out several articles on subjects that would help me with various weaknesses. She also directed me to websites and social media that would be beneficial to helping me maintain strength after I left. Erin even printed out a colored coded system of exercises for when I’m back with the team. I am so thankful that she was in this stage of my life to help me because she helped me resurrect my running career. When I graduated from physical therapy I was sad to leave because it was enjoyable learning from her. From discussing recovery watches to examining shoes that would be better fit for my flat arches she has gone out of her way to get me where I am today. I will 100% name drop her after I get some good races in because it is because of her that I will get to be the best runner I can be.
