I’m extremely impressed and happy with Select Physical Therapy Burke! My therapist had extensive knowledge and experience with joint replacements, and in my case, knee replacement. She explained the process of the surgery and recovery in a way I could easily understand. She motivated me to continue the exercises at home between sessions with her. She cares about her patients, and played a critical role in my recovery. I am forever grateful to Susan!

They over charged my mother even after checking wIth her insurance. My mother wanted a refund as they broke trust with her. The same lady that over charged my mother stated she needed to wait for Jeff to return within a few days to do rhe refund. What a con!!! Its because my mother is retired and on medicare. You guys should be ashamed! How many times have you gotten away with this? Criminals!!

Rob had worked with me for a few years. He and the entire team of physical therapists are skilled, professional and effective. P.S. Notwithstanding the quality of the PT at this Burke Centre location, the Select PT company appears to be a roll-up, buying multiple PT practices. From my perch, this is the reason for the company’s issues with accounting for patient fees. The customer service provided by the main office is -5 stars. The company is not recommended. Rob gets +5 stars, he is excellent.

I had therapy for a torn tendon in my right foot. Jeff Menges was a great therapist and was able to help me with exercises to relieve the pain answer all my concerns.
