The therapists work as a for my care, and each individuals are very skilled and knowledgeable. So far, I have worked with three different people including Victoria, I have nothing bad to say about the care I received. They are professionals. And there are caring and loving to all patients as I noticed. It's not easy to go there and they ask you to lift your feet up 10 times and you are only able to do Three only and it may feel like I'm not working hard to help myself heal. With all that frustration we caused them, they still have patience and give you time to work on everything till you get better. And I'm grateful. The location is a bit off. Not easy to get to. But the service is great. I will explain to those who are being recommend to try to go there ahead of time to get familiar with the place before their appointments.

I am a 77 yr old female. I've been seeing Kathy on and off for a number of years, the latest being IT band syndrome. She's very good and has never injured me. That's more than I can say for the therapist I saw when Kathy was out of the office. When I walked in I hardly needed to use my cane. When I came out, I barely made it to my car before collapsing. The therapist manually manipulated my leg in a position that caused strained muscles. The doctor said it takes professional athletes 6-8 weeks to heal from this type of injury. It's been 4 months for me and I still need a walker. I later found out this person is a travelling therapist. If you go to this office, make sure you know and trust the person treating you.

I had a very positive experience with this practice and my therapist, Alexis. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, personable, and truly puts her patients at ease during what can be uncomfortable and emotional topics/experiences surrounding care. I highly recommend her for pelvic floor PT, particularly for postpartum recovery. Thank you, Alexis!

My initial visit with Alexis was great. She made me feel very comfortable and gave me exercises to work on before we had our next follow-up. When I arrived for my follow-up today, my appointment was not in the system and they had booked another patient during this time. It is pretty inconvenient for me to get to this location but I was willing to do it since Alexis had provided great treatment. However, I will not be coming back in the future due to this scheduling error. I just don’t have time in my day to spend an hour driving for no reason. Definitely make sure you confirm your appointment before arriving if you have a long commute.

Victoria Franco is very kind and very good at showing me exactly how to do the exercise. I enjoy my time with her.

From my very first visit she showed compassion and really wanted to help me. She has never been judgmental and worked at my pace. She's very encouraging and has a can do attitude. I see her 2 per week and am feeling the results. My medical specialists are impressed how far I have come. I still have a ways to go but I tell all of my doctors the credit isn't just mine but Lauren's. I highly recommend Select Physical Therapy.

I went to the Select Physical Therapy location in Heather Gardens for a sciatica issue. My Dr. told me it was not likely that it will work considering my spinal stenosis, but said I should try. Well let me tell you, it did work and the staff at this specific location is wonderful. They know your name when you walk in, they run on time, and they care. I want to specifically call out my PT Caroline Sauer. She was wonderful to work with. She truly cared about me and my specific issue, her knowledge is second to none, she's clearly excited and passionate about her job, and in watching her work with other patients, it was clear she tailors her approach not just from an exercise perspective but also by personal interactions. If I was you, I would insist on having Caroline as you PT. Great experience!
