Love the Select PT team! I worked with Amy on some plantars faciatis pain I was having. The pain was a huge problem with my active lifestyle. I was heavily stressed when I first came in, and quickly was calmed and comforted by Amy with her abundant amount of knowlege of the body's structure and muscel dipictions. She helped massage certain tight areas around my calf and foot. Then was able to give me plenty of new stretches to try out. I felt more confident on my healing journey by having my weekly sessions. It was nice to constantly check in with someone and have re-assurance that things were getting better. This has been my first time doing physical therapy, and will always reccomend the select team, especially Amy, to any friends and family! Thank You Select PT!!
