Select Physical Therapy - Apopka

All of the staff and therapists at Select physical therapy are very knowledgeable and friendly. Personally, I do not recommend physical therapy for anyone who does not want to push themselves and do the exercises and number of repetitions suggested by the therapists. They know what your limitations are and keep safety at the forefront. To get the most out of your sessions, listen to them, and do the work.

The team at the office from Brenda welcoming me to my visit and being just a wonderful person with a smile always and having a wonderful conservation while I am waiting for my Physical Therapy Representative. So far having my initial visit with Lara, which she is an amazing Physical Therapist and listened to all my needs and pain levels; she was spot on helping me with my first visit. Also, I have been able to work with Bronte and she was amazing to work with and understand my progress that is going to take a long time due to my injuries. Everyone at the office has gone above and beyond on my visit and I look forward to my visits. Bronte, helped me order the same equipment needed to use at my home to do my Physical Therapy. I am so happy with everyone at this office helping me learn all my practices and have the proper tools at home to continue Physical Therapy at home and keep up my progress to get back to my full potential I can get back to and this is going to be a real long process.

Having been to Select Physical Therapy in the past, I knew it was the place to go to for post surgery hand therapy. Sylvia Gallo is the Occupational Therapist and is very knowledgeable and personal which makes the recovery process rewarding. The techniques that she has me doing has definitely helped in getting my hand strength back. Thank you Sylvia and the entire staff at SPT for another job well done. You are all greatly appreciated for helping my recovery and healing after two operations.

Sylvia is a joy and comfort for my Physical Therapy sessions. She is very knowledgeable and experienced with the type of surgery that was done to her patients and knows what therapies to apply to each way that person recovers back to physical peak! Sylvia is easy and fun to communicate with addressing and asserting the issues brought between patient and herself. She's amazing!!!!

I have been seeing Ms. Silvia Gallo and Ms. Kristine (who is finishing her internship) for the last month. They have been very professional, knowledgeable, and very understanding. They have great communication skills and take time to answer my questions and provide as much information as possible to ensure I understand what is going on. What a great experience! Highly recommend!

Just found this place through my insurance. Was pleasantly surprised. Lara is wonderful and has helped me regain function with a recent knee replacement.

Dana is helping me get my injured back, into shape again. She is a great Physical Therapist, and knows how the body muscles all work together. Also, Tiffany at the front desk has done a great job working my therapy sessions into a schedule that works for me. If you are searching for a very good recovery team, I recommend Select P T.
