These guys are fantastic! I had a bad bout of tendonitis and, after a round of occupational therapy with another provider (which didn't help much or give me much hope), I decided to go with Sebastopol Physical Therapy. Anne and Elise's knowledge of how the hand and wrist work plus the various healing modalities they apply (ART, massage, pilates, strengthening & flexibility exercises) have helped my hand get stronger and heal properly. Also, the general attitude of this group is confidence that the patient will heal, something I found sorely lacking at the occupational therapy group. It's so refreshing to work with a group who is so encouraging - it helps greatly with the healing process!
