Matthew Madden is the best provider I've ever had, not just in Alaska. Never have I had a provider treat me like such an individual. He knows my medical history, including issues I've had with lower 48 providers, and carefully considers all he knows about me before making recommendations. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always happy to make sure I have as thorough of an understanding about my health as I want. He uses his resources and has helped me get to the healthiest point in my adulthood. He is nonjudgmental and makes me feel like he truly cares about my physical and mental well-being. He and George Nickerson have always taken the best care of me and make me feel like family.

I cannot speak of the quality of care because I left the clinic after 1 hour of waiting. I showed up on time to my appointment. They made me wait without offering an explanation. There were no other patients waiting. When I asked to see the manager, I was told I can leave my comments in the drop box. Unprofessional, mismanaged, impolite, indifferent. Utterly disappointed.
