Seal Beach Health and Rehabilitation Center has literally been an answer to our prayers. The first thing we noticed was how clean and bright the facility was. The beautiful receptionist, Virginia, is welcoming and helps direct us to who we need to talk to... Everyone is so friendly. The physical therapy department is a notch above any I have seen. Ally and Jenna really care and fight for their patients to get everything they possibly can from their department. They even helped me navigate getting my mother continued care. The social workers have the best interest of each patient in mind as they work to facilitate their care. Jennifer and Angel are always ready to talk and help us communicate with everyone on my mother's care team. The nurses love the people in their care and try to do everything they can to help each person. The nutritionist listens and works with the patient to give them a tasty diet of healthy food. We have had some issues, which I think will be the case in any facility. The difference is that they care and work to resolve the issues before the issues get too big. There are so many people at the facility that I should name, but my memory isn't working great at the moment. Please - know that I see each one of you and appreciate what you are doing!

My dear best friend and Mother in Jesus, 94 yrs old just came home 1 week ago after being there for 1 month, she recommends the Seal Beach Rehab & skilled Nursing facility, says they were all very good to her! The social worker went out of her way to find without my asking a Hospice/ Pallative Care organization which has relieved me of many burdens this past week. I am mist grateful!

I recently visited the facility and it was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional care and professionalism of the entire team. The facility is impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for both residents and visitors. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Virginia at the front desk, whose friendliness set a positive tone for my visit. The administration team Cherry and Bianca, is truly outstanding. Their responsiveness, compassion, and dedication to ensuring the best possible experience for everyone in their care are commendable. The case management team also deserves high praise for their thorough and attentive support, addressing the unique needs of each resident with care and precision. Overall, Seal Beach Rehab stands out as an exemplary skilled nursing and rehab facility. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Social worker was very helpful in setting up services for my dad , resources given were great. . We were very happy with the care and discharge plan for my dad.

This facility is clean and helpful when help is needed. The nurses I have met have gave me good experiences. The facility helps patients feel engaged within activities such as live music, games, and making the patients overall feel welcome and safe when they are receiving care.

This place sucks they took my wife over there for her knee but West Anaheim hospital transfer her over there because they say they where going to treat her asthma n take care of here lungs plus nobody went to go check up on her since she got there until after 2 hours so I don't recommend this place to nobody

Seal Beach Health and Rehab is under new management and you can definitely feel the change the moment you walk into the facility. The facility is clean, staff is so friendly and their therapy room is phenomenal! Their therapy room is so unique they have an apartment and a car in their therapy room to help your loved ones get back to their everyday activities. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for rehab!

I was impressed the to see my dad doing so much better in just one week in comparison to the two weeks he got of treatment from Good Samaritan Hospital. I hope that they continue the great job that they are doing.
