PT with Erica and Taylor great! Went for tendinitis. Really painful and slow to heal. Billing dept the worst! You can’t pay at the desk and get statements from Carlsbad, when they eventually come. Terri is quite unpleasant. Good luck.

I only went two times. The first time the staff joked how a piece of equipment they used- and that I had just used was last calibrated in 2016. He commented, if the initial calibration is off and you use the same one, they’ll all be off, but together. However, I need physical therapy before surgery is approved. What calibrations say matter. They were so casual in discussing such severities in front of patients. It left me to wonder what other equipment has not been updated. The second time I went, I was 6 minutes late. I waited when I got there as the front desk person was on the phone. When she got off the phone she stood up, stretched and while she was adjusting her clothes said, “your appointment was for 8:45.” I asked the time and it was now 9am. It’s like she forgot that I had been sitting there waiting on her to get off the phone. She had already asked my name, but she wanted to scold me. I walked out. I was in pain, the devices aren’t calibrated correctly, and the front desk wanted to be manipulative. I’m over it.

My review after 26 sessions with mediocre results: Two Positive Stars are for: - Nice personnel with the best intentions and disposition. - Clean and well equipped location. Three Negative Stars are for: - No case manager following your case. Therapists rotate very frequently and all have different approaches. - Only 15 min. massage per session VS 30 min. at other places - Do it yourself exercises VS supervised at other places. Also, exercise program never updated VS new programs each week at other places adapted to your progress.

I had complete shoulder reconstruction surgery, that required extensive rehab for 9 months. Their staff was helpful from the outset. I initially went in pre-surgery and continued post surgery. I always look forward to my visits/appointments, in order to get better/stronger, but also because you build relationships with their people, who, universally, are always upbeat and helpful. My particular PT was with Taylor and she has been excellent throughout my rehabilitation. Everyone from the receptionist, to billing, to PT, and all the support staff, are in tune with the patient’s protocol/needs. Bottom line – they are a highly professional, organized and committed group to the patient’s improvement and well-being!

I love everything about this place! The staff at the front desk are so welcoming and the place is well sanitized! The aides are friendly and always accommodating! The one person that lights up this location is Stephanie Ramsay, the physical therapist! She is everywhere to make sure everyone is taken care of, ALWAYS pleasant with a smile on her face and has a passion for her job that translates to pure excellence! I highly recommend Scripps Ranch Physical Therapy!

Excellent experience from the time I got the referral and the office reached out to schedule an appointment. The office is easy to find as well as the parking. Carlos who greeted me and assisted with the exercises was exceptionally positive and helpful. He did a great job of explaining and demonstrating the exercises. Michael is the Physical Therapist and he takes the time to understand and assist with your issues. He does an excellent job. I also appreciate the detailed description and images they sent to assist with doing the exercises on your own at home. I highly recommend this office.

The facility is nice and clean. They sanitize the equipment after each patient. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Physical therapist Stephanie Ramsay is amazing! She has been very supportive on my journey to recovery.

The care I have received as a patient at Scripps Ranch Physical Therapy for the past three months has been exceptional. My therapist, Stephanie Ramsay, has demonstrated broad professional knowledge and exceptional diagnostic and manual skills. With her treatment I have been able to avoid surgery. Stephanie clearly loves working with her patients and is always upbeat, encouraging, and enthusiastic—all very healing qualities! It is also of note that during this time of high concern about Covid-19, I have been reassured by the extraordinary sanitation measures I observe being taken at the center to keep patients and staff safe. Additionally, the staff has now received Covid vaccinations. I feel very safe when I go for my therapy sessions.
