Scripps Green Sports and Physical Therapy

Just like many of the others, I was referred here by my doctor and was unable to make an appointment. They never answer the phone. NEVER. The recording says that if you leave a message they'll call you back but that doesn't happen either. Don't buy the "Response from owner" suggesting we email their paitentcarefeedback system either. That's just another black hole.

As many has mentioned here they never have appointments. They keep asking me to call next Friday to see if any openings are there. Finally says the referral is expired from the doctor. Different operators answers to the phone and they don't keep track of any previous conversations.

I was referred to this facility by my doctor. I have been trying to make an appointment for two days, but they don't answer the phone. I get a recording and then it says to leave my number and they'll call back, but they don't.

Horrible. I called for an appointment on 6/25, waited 40 minutes to talk to someone and then was told "We don't have any appointments until July and we can't schedule for July right now. You'll have to call back on Friday." Really? They apparently can't schedule appointments into the next month. Ridiculous.

I had a referral from my doctor for physical therapy. I can't even get ahold of anyone, I've left messages and no one calls back. This is not the way to treat a patient. This place needs to be restructured as I see others have the same complaint.

So far I was unable to make an appointment. I can not get a hold of a live person for over 40 minutes. I can not make an appointment online either.

The office has a strange methodology of appointment taking, apparently you need to call on a Monday at 8 am to make a future appointment. In addition the receptionists are quite cold and rude to patients. Parking is paid unless you park across the street at utc mall where it's free for first two hours.pt therapist was ok but frankly I got the same information from watching a free YouTube video. So after my initial consult I decided not to pursue it further.

I had a bilateral total knee replacement in December 2022 and it has been a doozy. Jessica and Jim at Scripps Green PT have been GREAT. My BTK journey has not been pleasant, but they have been wonderful. Knowledgeable, insightful, HELPFUL. I cannot recommend this facility enough. The facility is clean and full of great equipment, friendly and helpful staff.
