It's very professional actually helped me a lot

I have been bringing my teenager here for a year now. They see Rose and she has been wonderful! They feel so comfortable with her .

Walked into the downtown Huntsville location at night inside a law office waiting area next to a bar. The counselor was on a phone call in the other room quite loudly with language being used. I did not feel comfortable being privy to the counseling conversation going on on speaker phone. Then 20 minutes after appointment was supposed to start, she walks into the waiting room and within 5 minutes inaccurately “diagnosed” me and my husband. Now keep in mind I was there not as a patient but to support my daughter! Whenever I tried to speak I was told I was interrupting her. She never closed the door to this waiting room and her name was no where in the room or on the building as it was a law office after hours at 7 pm. There were people waiting when we finished. I’ve not been that angry leaving a meeting of any kind. To think she wanted to counsel and diagnose my daughter while attacking and belittling her parents. There was no privacy and late hours suggest this isn’t her regular job.

Very disappointed with their services.I've seen two different counselors in the past two years and both are no longer with them.Never received any notification of my current counselors departure but luckily I found out where she relocated to.I'd think twice about using anyone there because of how unprofessional they are.

This is a great place they do a really good job.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and knowledgeable counselors. Jordan is extremely caring and understanding, with great insight.
