I have had an exceptionally great experience with Score PT!! Terri is a remarkably knowledgeable and skilled PT who worked closely with me to address multiple issues with great success! Her staff is also great and the atmosphere is welcoming, warm and comfortable. My husband has also seen great benefits in working with her. I have heard many other clients say similar things about Terri and their experience at Score.

I have been going to Terri Guido, PT and SCORE Physical Therapy for many years for several joint pain/dysfunction issues, as well as overuse trauma from physical activity. I've been a patient at SCORE PT over 30+ years for issues related to TMJ, CMC joint arthritis, cervical pain and dysfunction, and post ACL replacement rehab. Terri is extremely knowledgable and knows how to connect the dots when it comes to physical imbalances. She is an excellent diagnostician, as well as a teacher. Her philosophy has her engaging her patients in the treatment of their presenting problems, as well as the prevention of future issues. She not only supports the patient by teaching them how to treat themselves, but she has taught my husband how to assist, and communicated with other health professionals about my care and treatment. A more highly skilled or caring Physical Therapist would be hard to find...Terri is my PT for life!

A very casual and comfortable atmosphere. Not only did they get rid of my neck pain, but they taught me what to do at home to keep it gone! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and trained me on exercises that were easy enough to do at home and keep the pain away! I've been 99% pain free for over a year! When any stiffness starts to creep back, I just pick up my instructions, do the prescribed stretches and exercises and that's all it takes! Additionally, Terry is a wealth of info on strength training - even for those who think they know it all. I would go to Score for ANY physical therapy needs and would recommend them to anyone.

Was getting some satisfaction from physical therapy for about a month, then had an injury which Terri didn’t take seriously as an actual injury, dismissing it as a neurological or physiological issue. I stopped seeing her in May of this year. Last week my credit card was charged $216 with no phone call or bill as explanation. I’ve called and left voicemail with no response from the practice. Disappointed at best.
