I highly recommend the caring and competent staff at Schuster PT! I recently experienced an episode of hip/thigh pain which was limiting my activities. I visited the office for an evaluation and treatment plan by Jacob Culler, DPT. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and design a plan to alleviate my symptoms. I started going to Schuster Physical Therapy because I enjoy working out, but my mobility was lacking, and I was experiencing migraines along with pain in my right knee whenever I would run or walk for extended periods. Over the past few months, I’ve worked with Tracy Lynn and Cody, and I’ve seen a huge improvement in both my knee and hip mobility. My migraines, which used to happen every two weeks, are now down to about two every six months. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, making each visit a positive experience. You don’t have to wait until you’re injured to go to physical therapy—go for maintenance as needed. I’m so glad we have such an amazing team here in Ashe County!

I have sciatica and ankylosing spondylitis, and was having severe pain in my lower back and down my right leg. Each morning, I would take two ibuprofen 20 minutes before I would get up to ease the pain and make the day bearable. (2 - 4 more doses throughout most days followed - fortunately, my stomach didn’t protest.) I could not walk more than three-quarters of a mile without excruciating pain. I started seeing Tracy-Lynn Schuster on May 20th for an intake appointment and started therapy three days later. My progress was slow to start but accelerated quickly. I had my last appointment today (August 28), and am pain-free! I can walk as far as I want and have resumed projects around the house and elsewhere. I will certainly continue with the maintenance exercises because I do NOT want to get back where I was. I could not be happier with the work that Tracy-Lynn prescribed for me. She was empathetic, super-professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to get along with! Highly recommended!

They go above and beyond to make sure you get the care you need! Cody is very knowledgeable, he was able to help me with my pain I was dealing with. I highly recommend!!
