We have used the Greeley facility three times since 2015 when we have needed rehabilitative care for my mom’s injuries. The facility is clean, food is good but most of all the staff is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The doctors, nurses, and technicians are focused, helpful and communicative. I definitely recommend this facility for rehabilitation needs.

Life Care Center of Greeley is taking amazing care of my dad for rehab! Special thanks to his therapy team Phil, Tanner and Christine! Also Irish worked quick to get her in and Dena has made sure he is getting great food and care while he is there! I worked for Life Care Center of Greeley for ten years and is still the best rehab facility in Greeley!

I was impressed with the cleanliness! (My mom was in 2 facilities.) Doris was in great spirits. The day staff said goodbye at shift change. It seemed like a great facility!

Clean and brightly lit. They provide care and physical therapy. The staff is very nice and helpful. Thumbs up to every health care worker in the country.
