I tore my MCL/ACL in January this year and was recommended physical therapy. Joe was the best, making sure that my treatment plan was fit to me, and he’s the best. My knee is doing much better now and I would totally recommend Joe to anyone who went through an injury like I did! Just finishing out in May feeling confident that I can go back and do the activities I love.

Really a great experience. With workouts and training I was able to make a complete recovery. Very noticable improvement from weak to week. ( see what I did there) I wouldn't go through an injury with out physical therapy. Andrew was very knowledgeable and respectful to my needs and it led to a speedy recovery. I can’t thank Sawtooth Physical Therapy and especially my PT, Andrew Jend, enough for getting me active again!! I came in with arthritis in my right knee, and the inflammation and weak muscles had me thinking I wouldn’t walk normal again, let alone exercise. Andrew told me he would have me walking straight and back to my activities I love and 8 weeks later, I feel like I can do all the activities I enjoy again! Austin Young was amazing in addressing the tiny details needed to help my recovery go smoothly. I will definitely refer him to anyone and return if therapy is needed. He not only tells you to do a task he tells and shows you how the mechanics work behind that task. Very professional.
