I recently had the opportunity to visit Sawtooth Physical Therapy and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Despite needing an appointment on short notice, they were able to accommodate me, which was a huge relief. The check-in process at Sawtooth Physical Therapy was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The staff efficiently guided me through the necessary paperwork, ensuring that everything was taken care of promptly. This attention to detail and organization made a significant difference in my overall experience. Throughout my visit, the staff continued to exhibit professionalism and friendliness. They were attentive, listening to my concerns and addressing them with expertise and care. The physical therapists at Sawtooth Physical Therapy clearly have a deep understanding of their field and were able to provide me with valuable insights and guidance. Not only did the staff make me feel at ease, but they also demonstrated their dedication to providing quality care. Sawtooth Physical Therapy has been AMAZING with my recovery from knee surgery! Each physical therapist gets to know their patients, not only from a clinical standpoint, but also personally. I've been seeing Ron for six months and can't imagine finding a more encouraging or knowledgeable physical therapist. It's been a good mix of in-office exercise and homework, and everything about my recovery has been thoroughly explained which I really appreciate. I saw Jenna as well and she is awesome too. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly, and scheduling and dealing with insurance (!!) has been a breeze. I'll definitely be back if I ever need PT again in the future!

I had a great experience here! The ENT I saw referred me to see Krystal for Vestibular PT. I had been dealing with dizziness for 6 weeks! After my first visit, my symptoms were 95% better! She gave me home exercises to do in between appts which I believe really help! The front desk staff was great to work with as well. I highly recommend this place.

I absolutely loved my time here! I went to two different doctors before coming to Krystal. The two other doctors didn’t listen to what I was saying and misdiagnosed me and put me on medication I didn’t need. From the very beginning Krystal knew what was wrong. She was very nice and made me feel like I was in good hands. She set up a game plan for me and made it very straight forward. She is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend her and this office!

Ron is The Man. After training for the Chicago Marathon in 2018 and having to pull out because of a knee injury, I went to see a PT who did a pretty good job in helping me out. Even though there was a little improvement over the following year I never fully recovered and everytime I started to push the distance past 3-4 miles I'd irritate the knee and have to take a break from running for a week or so. At 51 years of age I figured was just done running. After a few months off running I was told to go and see Ron at Sawtooth PT. After talking with Ron it was easy to see that not only does he care, but he also knows his anatomy. After a couple of visits and a few different exercise programs to figure out what worked for me, I was back out hitting the pavement without any issues. A year later I am still running, finally getting some distance in and I am having no problems. Thanks for helping me with my knee Ron and keep up the good work

Ron Miller is an amazing P/T. He helped me with a core strength issue in February and shoulder pain in September and October. I love that he wants to see people when they need his help, and he doesn't want to see people when they don't need his help. Concentrated and effective progress ensued in both instances. The tips he offers will be of value to me for the rest of my life!
