Ryan is really amazing at what he does. He’s thoughtful and thorough. My hips have been a weak spot for years. After working with Ryan what would have kept me bedridden for days was just one uncomfortable day. And after seeing Ryan my hips feel so much better and the pain is gone. I’ve had plenty of pt and body work over the years and always recommend Ryan to my friends and family.

Ryan was very thorough in his evaluation and treatment. I was able to heal and recover using the exercises he provided within a few weeks. During appointments, Ryan explained why the injuries occurred and how they could be fixed. Highly recommend Ryan for his communication, office location, and expertise!

I’ve been dealing with chronic pain in my left shoulder, and after a ski accident, I was had acute pain in my right shoulder. I explored many treatment options for relief before being recommended to Dr. Ryan. His approach, especially the dry needling, was incredibly effective in restoring my range of motion and reducing my daily pain. I am now back to normal weight-bearing on both shoulders, with plans to rebuild muscle strength to help prevent future issues. I can’t recommend Dr. Ryan enough!

Would/will recommend clients to Savvy Physical Therapy. Ryan has a great process to make sure he is getting to the root of the problem you’re having and making sure you leave feeling better than when you came in! I’m picky with my PT’s and by far the best I’ve had the pleasure to work with. My back pain is still gone from our session and it normally comes back.

Came to Savvy PT from a recommendation by a good friend and my wife. Only have great things to say about Ryan and his practice! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He identified the cause of my nagging shoulder issue and got me on track to be pain free in 2 weeks! For me a great physical therapist isn’t going to give me the magic pill on one visit but a protocol that works quickly and efficiently which Ryan did a fantastic job with. The dry needling was definitely an added boost as well. Another reason Savvy is so good is it’s not the normal “come 10 more times at $$$.” He worked with me as an individual and once I was seeing good progress I didn’t need to keep going endlessly for check ups. Highly recommended and I will be coming back in the future with any PT related issues.

Dr. Ryan has been a tremendous help for me. Years of contact/impact sports have left me as a human whack-a-mole of injuries and mobility issues. Through dry needling, intense massage, and daily exercise we have righted a number of issues that I originally thought would require surgery. We have dramatically improved my shoulder, neck, knee, and even improved my carpal tunnel! I would recommend Savvy to anyone in the Denver area who feels pain when moving.

Incredible results on my shoulder mobility and shoulder pain! After one session of dry needling and PT, I could move my shoulder in ways I could not for multiple years. Before Savvy I felt pretty hopeless. I tried surgery and hospital based PT the previous year with little improvement, and wasted a lot of money doing so. Savvy was my last effort to improve my shoulder before giving up on playing sports. After a couple months I'm playing outfield again and throwing without pain. And Ryan was professional, yet personable. At all times I felt that he was completely invested in my care. His positive reviews on here are what convinced me to give it a try, so I hope I can pay it forward.

Ryan’s approach was much more effective for me than other PTs. He taught me how to progress my exercises at home, and focused a lot of prevention techniques instead of just relieving the pain temporarily. I’d highly recommend him!
