If I could give it zero stars, I would. I was transferred here from the Victorville office. I drive at least 45 minutes here and their staff is rude. Front desk is the absolute worst! There is no doctor. Only nurse practioners basically. They really are no help and push procedures on you that you don't want to do. I tested positive for covid 19 yesterday and they are refusing to do my appointment over the phone as a courtesy. Instead they want me to come into clinic still and just strap a mask on to be seen. Apparently they are completely okay with people exposing covid 19 to others in their clinic. The other choice is to reschedule my appointment and who knows when that will be since it's hard to get appointments in general. When I called today, no supervisor or manager was in. I was rudely told to call back tomorrow to speak to "Vanessa" which is apparently the office supervisor. You can never get ahold of anyone here mass majority of the time. There are constant problems with them sending in prescriptions. Half the time I run out of meds because they don't send them in. They have every excuse. I will be reporting them to insurance tomorrow and looking for another office. As of (12/13/23) Also would like to add I was put on new meds, have had a severe allergic reaction and have been told two days in a row that I'd be called back in hopes to get new meds and not one person has called back. This place doesn't care at all.

Savas is so far the best pain management I've had in the last five years. I will recommend this office to friends that need a good and patient staff. They really understand people that are in chronic pain.

Gigi, was an amazing help today! She went the extra mile for me after having iehp, the imagine, and myself trying to get my MRIs done in time for me to be able to do.

It seems that the individuals at that location are not fond of answering phone calls. Your best option to communicate with them would be to physically visit their premises. They still don't answer phones, and when you have an appointment, they make you wait hours with them, knowing full well that you are going to be in more pain because of it. I really don't care for this place anymore. They still don't care about you here I've been waiting for an hour for my appointment and haven't seen a single provider this place is awful. Wish I could give negative stars.

The clinic in Riverside is being ran by a supervisor named Jill who clearly allows her personal feelings towards men on her sleeve. She is very rude, abrasive, and unhelpful to say the least. I had a stroke which affects my memory and so I thought last Friday was the 15th and because of that she won't let me speak to a provider til Thursday making me suffer through a week without my pain medication stating to go to the ER when I begin withdrawing from the pain medication. Jill needs to be fired from her position so she can no longer abuse it./ Review update After the removal of thr previous supervisor named Jill, things have progressed well. The new supervisor is more kind and helpful as well as the current staff and providers. So I would most definitely encourage everyone to check out savas health now.

My last appointment was months ago, but not because I haven't needed an appointment. I have been without appropriate medical care and medications because I can't get an appointment. I have been calling multiple times a day, including different office locations, and can rarely get anyone to answer the phone. My health insurance reps have also been able to get anyone on the phone. I also keep getting voicemail box is full errors, and get hung up on. The one time I did get somebody on the phone, they said they would look into the matter and have someone call me back to get an appointment as soon as possible. I just don't understand how a medical practice can still be operating after seriously ignoring and neglecting one of its patients. From other reviews, it seems this is not the first time. Shame on this practice for being beyond horrible, neglectful, irresponsible, and severely impacting my health and well-being.

These people are a poor excuse for “healthcare professionals “ If you require prescription pain pills don’t let this place control it. They will let you go days without. Yes, this “Doctors” office will let someone on heavy opioids go days without. Most real doctors know this can be detrimental to the health of some people.

I'd highly recommend a different service for your pain management needs. My experience was immediately poor in many areas of treatment. I've never come by staff this ridiculously terrible at taking care of prescription issues with pain management. There was no consistency with practitioners and front office staff had no compassion in taking care of vital needs for pain control. I would leave messages by phone with no return calls. There was no accountability in taking care of medical treatment. What could not be taken care of in over a week of care from Savas Health was handled respectfully and with compassion by my primary care physician and her staff in half a day. I regret my experience here as it created a great deal of frustration and worry for me. It's already hard enough to deal with chronic pain and disability, but to have the hardship compounded by poor care is debilitating. Save yourself the experience I had with Savas Health and look elsewhere for treatment options. Update: I was asked to call immediately by Savas Health’s response to my review. It was a leave-a-comment voicemail line. I left my name and number and received no return call. Their response to my review was designed to give readers the impression they care, but obviously this is not the case as evidenced by their behavior in this matter and in other reviews. This is an exceptionally poorly managed company with no accountability for bad practices.
