The staff, the care and the entire facility ......so exceptional!! My father was a patient twice and I have no words to describe his stay.....the professionalism, the kindness, helpfulness, the communication with family members are outstanding!! The nurses, cna's, social workers, business office, physical & occupational therapists all bend over backwards to accommodate the patient and family! Big bonus also is the kitchen staff who do an awesome job.....food is great! We love them all and are deeply appreciative for all they did for my father!

I an so pleased with the kindness and care my husband was given while he was in rehab. The staff alwayst took care of any questions or listen to any concerns. They took such good care of him. I would not hesitate to have him return there if needed.

My mom was at SMN&RC for over 5 weeks following a fall which resulted in a fractured hip and surgery. I cannot say enough about the staff. The Social Services, PT and OT, Nurses, CNAs, food services, and janitorial/maintenance staff were all great. Every person we encountered was kind, empathetic, and professional and to a person demonstrated that they cared about my mom and the other patients. If my mom ever needs rehab services in the future I would not hesitate to have her in their care again.

My husband was a patient here following a fall causing bone bruising. The facility is clean, all the staff are friendly, kind and considerate. The therapists were all very skilled and competent. They managed to get my husband from needing 3 people to stand to ambulation with a walker and supervision. My husband enjoyed the food and the ability to select what he likes. I felt all his medical and nursing needs were met. A special shout out to the CNAs who have a very difficult job but were very competent and kind.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff, at the rehabilitation center, for their remarkable efforts in assisting individuals on their journey towards recovery.

They are very friendly, highly trained nursing and take good care of their patients. Gina and Beth were both very helpful to me while my brother recuperated after surgery.

SMH Rehab recently cared for my family member for almost 2 months. They gave her compassionate, quality care. As her healthcare advocate, I found the employees approachable and eager to collaborate with me and her other doctors.

Arrived here today. The staff was so friendly and so far very pleasant. They are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. If you don’t like the food they will get you something else. The food is better than the hospital food. I’m very pleased I picked this place to continue my rehab! 😊👍👍
