Sara Sunstein, Integrative Bodywork

Sara is a miracle worker! Between her acute powers of observation and her years of experience at body work, she has me feeling the best I've felt in years! She noticed my shuffling gait on my left side that she deduced was contributing to the pain in my right knee. She did Ortho-Bionomy on my right knee and suggested I spring off on my left foot as I walk. I feel brand new! My long-standing pain has nearly evaporated. I can't wait for another session! I came to see Sara over a year ago with muscle pain from my neck down to my feet. Each session not only reduced my pain but taught me to pay attention to the ways I walked, sat, read and slept, habits I'd developed that were causing me pain. Sara is attentive to what I tell her about my pain and my history and gently guides me to make sometimes small adjustments that help me feel better. I recommend her to anyone experiencing chronic or acute pain.

Sara is a most amazing teacher and healer. I've received several amazing bodywork sessions from her, experiencing some dramatic pain relief. I recently took my first class in Ortho-Bionomy from Sara, and was very impressed with her wisdom and ability to distill complex concepts down to simple and complete explanations.
