Spent time this week visiting my aunt at Sante. This facility is a must, it's newer, the staff were all friendly and the facility was clean ! This is what you should expect from a Health & Rehab Facility. It had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked thru the doors. I feel completely comfortable with the choice we made for her.

I have been receiving home health care from Sante Home Health for 3 months now and my nurse Heather is the absolute best. She comes and sees me 3 times a week and is very flexible when it comes to scheduling time with me. She is very knowledgeable and very caring and has a great bedside manner. The first thing Heather asks when she gets to my house is how I am and if there's anything new that we need to address. That right there shows me she does care and is interested in knowing what has been going on with me. And she always shows up with a great attitude!! When she changes my bandages on my leg and toe, she is very gentle and careful to not cause me any unnecessary pain. Heather is a wonderful nurse and a wonderful person!! I highly recommend her!!!

I have the two most wonderful nurses and then I think I’ve ever dealt with. Nurse Irma and nurse Heather feel like best friends. They treat me more as a person than a patient. They both know that I have more than physical needs to be taken care of. It is obvious that they genuinely care about what’s going on with me besides the medical thing they’re seeing me for. I am very happy with Sante Home Health and Rehab.

I was recently at Sante of Chandler for 11 days and sent home with home health care, specifically an RN, PT and OT. I cannot say enough good about David (OT), Kade (PT) and Denise (RN)! David and Kade were so amazing and were so helpful in making my home wheelchair accessible and teaching me some great exercises to strength my upper body and core since I'm now in a wheelchair. David made some very simple but soooo helpful "home hacks" so that I could move around my home more freely and safely. My favorite hacks were the installation of a $2 drawer handle right outside my front door as well as string on the outside of the door. When I go out my door, I just pull the string behind me to close the door and when coming back in, I hold onto the drawer handle and the inside of my other door to pull myself up the ramp and right up into the house. AMAZING!! Kade was one of the best physical therapists I have ever met! He was caring, pushed me a little harder (in a good way) with the exercises and helped me find creative ways to get around in my wheelchair. Finally, the nurse Denise was awesome. She was very professional and so caring. You have some amazing staff and I wish all of you the very best! With staff like David, Kade and Denise, your agency will no doubt continue being very successful and very blessed for many more years to come! Thank you so much for everything! Kathey Osenbau

Our Family are hugely indebted to Physical Therapist Debbie Biondo. Her personality and great experience Motivated my mother to do so much better than any of us thought possible. Debbie worked so patiently with my 86yo Mother to first move her out of bed, to Wheelchair and then walking with assist. It had been well over a year since she had been on her feet. Debbie gave my Mother a foundation to keep improving and we were able to move her close to us in CA. She has a new life....unbelievable !🙏

My experience has been excellent with physical therapy with Kade. My mother has improved greatly in the short time he has been working with her. Also Christina the speech therapist has worked wonderfully with Mom. I’m so glad we have had Kade as our physical therapist!

Heather and Irma are two amazing nurses who are not only excellent professionals, but also great communicators and empathetic personalities. My experience with them involved complex cases of wound care, including wound vacs, where other companies’ nurses failed. Thank you both Heather and Irma!

Having someone like Caroline (RN) with her years of nursing experience as well as her expertise in navigating a complex health situation with multiple doctors really helped relieve a lot of my stress as my husband's caregiver. Caroline's outgoing personality and great sense of humor was also key in helping my husband stay positive and feel better. Kade (PT) was wonderful too. Why? His expertise on the physical side is perfectly balanced with his acute awareness of the mental side of healing and that's why I believe my husband (78) is doing so well. In five years I may not remember Kade's name but I'll always remember how knowledgeable, respectful and caring he was! Thank you Sante for hiring the best.
