The day I walked into this office I was limping and at my highest weight. With the help of Dr. Blackburn, Dr. Paul and the nurses over at Santa Maria Valley Physical Therapy, I can now get back to work and on with my life! If you are looking for a great environment to do your inner/outer healing call this place!!! The young lady at the front desk Jenny is so sweet and patient. Everyone is so welcoming and it’s a judge free place which is why I was so happy to be there!!! I would highly recommend! Once again Thank you Paul and everyone at SMVPT!!! May God Bless you all!!

Paul Manazar is a Real Professional and the rest of the staff is super Kind and Helpful.. Paul and the staff treat me as family and I am improving daily and I feel better everyday.. Absolutely the best physical therapy I have ever experienced !! I'm doing waaaaay better than the doctor expected because of them!! All I can say is thanks to them I'm healthy and happy again.

Had an appointment on August 13 I called two hours prior to my appointment due to having to go to urgent care. The very next day not even 24 hours I received a bill for a no-show for $25 which they are going to keep against me. I will not return due to money is more important then the care of a patient. Me!!

Salads are good and sandwiches are good and portions are just right seats inside are not so comfortable but that's me and my friends thoughts

The physical therapist and the aides take very good care of you. I would recommend this location.
