Santa Clarita Valley Therapy Services

This is my first experience with physical therapy so I wasn’t sure what to expect from the beginning. Now some months later I have to say this has been an awesome and learning experience. From the front desk employees to the physical therapists who’ve worked with me, everyone is so affable, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. PT Garo is amazing, he’s helping me mitigate the pain I’ve been having. Plus making the sessions actually enjoyable! I look forward to my sessions. I would definitely recommend this therapy service and give this place 10 stars, 5 + 5!!

I really enjoy going to Santa Clarita Therapy., I get very detailed and organized exercises for my hip and leg injury. After each session I get so much relief and feel much better. I get exceptional instructions from Jey Lee and Zavin, so very professional in monitoring all the exercise needed. I recommend Santa Clarita Therapy for all patients who need treatment.

I love the staff here. You can tell everyone is happy and they get along. I always look forward to my PT sessions. These guys know what they're doing.

I am very impressed with my physical therapist Dean and his assistant John. They are very caring and want you to improve. I have improved tremendously and I receive great instruction.

I’m VERY impressed with Dean and his team members John and Garo. They are all very knowledgeable and concerned about making you well. I’ve had therapists who cannot answer questions well and these 3 are very sharp… plus John gives the best therapeutic massage ever! Highly recommend this team and the facility is extremely new and clean, conveniently right off the freeway, and the reception staff are friendly and very efficient.

SCV PT refuses treatment unless patient has credit card on file for missed appointments. Am unable to provide credit card, even though patient's Transportation is 'reliable' Access Paratransit. Requirement is unconscionable, neglecting treatment. Interesting is SCV PT cancelled an appointment a day before, but then called next day saying 'patient' did not cancel (they would have charged patient for their own incompetence). So watch your credit card statement carefully.

I've only been three times but I am already on the mend. The people are all friendly, professional and very knowledgeable with regard to muscle and bone medical issues, front office staff is courteous and accommodating. Very happy with my experience with Santa Clarita Valley Therapy Services !!
