Santé of North Scottsdale - Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation

It's been a hot minute at the rehab. Since Oct 30 my mom has been at this facility. From the front door guest service to the cleaning staff it's has been great. I recommend this Facility to anyone that is in need of a safe and clean rehab. It's like a hotel, not a facility for the ill.we want to thank Celia in social services, Katia her case manager, all classes were great but especially Kyle, Carolyn, Lizette, Chelsea and the rest of the staff. I didn't remember their names but you are all greatly appreciated.

My 86 year old mother broke her hip. Sante staff took wonderful care of her i highly recommend Sante. Shawn and Pat at the front desk thank you both for going out of your way ALWAYS. Thank you! Thank you Geysha your the bomb love everyone here we will miss you all. Thanks again for the BEST care! The only bad thing FOOD SUCKS!

Everyone was very helpful we had a Great experience better than the last two time we stayed at Sante! I want to thank the nursing staff for taking care of my mom. It was a pleasure working with Katia and case management, Kyle the nurse is fantastic, Anaya my mom's CNA is always friendly. Some imporvemts that need to be made: Call light times a little to long some better knowledge of dementia patients.

Most of your employees do an adequate job. I really like to commend Cassandra. She is excellent. CNA tends to my wife’s needs cut up her food because my wife has no use of her left arm that’s going above and beyond. Thank you very much for your time. Even physical therapist some job doing an excellent job. I’m not around the other two types of therapy so I don’t know How well Theyt Do

I have a friend that is staying there and seems to not be getting the care she thought she would of. The food is horrible and very small portions. She has been there for about 3 weeks and they just offered for her to get a bath after several requests from her and I. This lady had to give herself sponge baths. Therapy just sits and talks to her and never does therapy, she does it on her own in her of room. No one come to help her walk down the hallway. They just leave her there and don't bother with her. She was told that there were a lot of things to do for entertainment and she was excited about bingo, and as far as she knows, there either is no bingo or they ignore her requests. They have phones in their rooms and hers seems to have been dropped a few times or something because you can hardly even hear her and they refuse to change it out for her and her cell phone is very robotic and has poor reception. I don't understand how the other reviews are more highly rated just in the last several months. I noticed that with 2 other facilities also and they were worse than this one. It was suggested in another post that the insurance companies were requiring them to uphold a certain level of stars or there was going to be some type of restrictions or removal from their program. I don't know the truth to this, but it's kind of obvious that 3 facilities all improved their reviews in the same amount of time. So I would suggest to definitely tour these places and stop and talk to some of the patients there and ask how they are liking the food, their care, therapy, etc. Care facility beware...

I want to recognize three people who especially went above and beyond. They are all CNA’s. in no particular order: Danielle W, Fine and Sarah k. There were many other others who also were great. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all their names. Patients are well taken care of here!

I just wanted to thank everyone at Santé. My mother had to come back again after being hospitalized a second time. Such wonderful place and the Dr.s, nurses and CNA’S are absolutely the BEST! They are on top of everything oh snd I can’t forget the front desk absolutely love them all. I want to tell Geysha Rector thank you for the wonderful care and staying after she got off keeping my mother company so sweet of you. I definitely give Sant in Scottsdale 5 stars.

My stay at Sante was really good, no concerns everyone was on point. Big thanks to Amanda in Physical Therapy and Lilian my provider. CNA and students amazing. Fernando from kitchen made me smile every morning when he delivered my breakfast. Thank you Katia Case manager for my walker and prompt discharge. Thank you Sante for all your care.
