On Friday jun 24 i had a appointment for COVID-19 vaccine for my daughter's 2nd vaccine at 4:40pm we came from far we could not stop to get vaccine card from home, first thing the lady says with a loud voice and with a bad attitude where is the card ,I try to explain but she would not listen to any words interrupting me say's, you have to come back later with the card so we can fill it up ,I look at her desk and she has a lot of cards so I asked her can you give me a new one, she said not im not going to give one to everyone that forgets it I would run out. So this is my opinion: you don't take any walk-ins only with appointment you can make one card for each appointment and you will not run out of cards .it's this some kind of punishment to people that forgot the cards ? Besides you charge lots of money to the insurance nothing is for free.fyi.i had I picture of her vaccine card and she didn't care.
