Noel N- is an Awesome nurse kind and attentive in caring for me and her patients. She is compassionate. Very friendly and personable - when asking for help she helps in what is needed to be done. My stay here has been so helpful in my healing process . I am thankful for her skills in my necessary everyday care. Thank you Miss Noel And staff i am so greatful to have been sent her.

They are an amazing place. I don't know why the other reviews are so angry but sandstone was great to our family. My dad was there for 1 night and they took such good care of him. He unfortunately passed away the first night he was there but sandstone staff were absolutely wonderful. They made sure he was comfortable and clean. They helped us get through tough grieving moments. I would definitely recommend sandstone. Please don't let the other reviews scare you away.

I am a travel nurse who was booked at this facility at least 5 times. I have never worked a full shift here. They cancel me at the last minute or cancel me when I arrive or cancel me mid-shift. And there is never an apology Warning to nurses. Not trust worthy.

Hi this is Ed Gallick again in room 118. I have been here since November 15th with an extremely painful and sensitive sternum injury, and am so appreciative of the outstanding care that I have received while I am here; I asked my current nurse Brooke to show me how to make another positive comment. Brooke especially has helped me on several occasions and has really led the way setting the example for being extremely professional caring and timely, meeting my needs. I have visited this location over the years many times as a prayer warrior for numerous residents staying here. My number one choice. Now as a client patient I made a point to keep track as best I could of all the names of individuals that have helped me since I have been here. Primarily so I could learn each of their names and silently pray for them while they are on their shift. Richelle and Nick in PT are AWESOME! I would like to recognize the following nurses and CNAs. Brooke, Michelle,Patty, Kelly, Noel, Myrna, Veronica, Aaron, Salida, Giovanni, Thomas, Precious, Sabity, Cheryl..& Mabis Rm Clnr. I am sure I missed a couple. I'll always recommend Sandstone!

Stay Clear away from Sandstone Estates if you or a loved one needs rehab or long term care. When you call it usually just rings than hangs up on you, I called 12 times and couldn't get anyone to answer my calls. Rehab here is nonexistent, all they had me do was ride a recumbent bike then discharged me from care saying that the nurses said I walk up and down The hallways at night & most of their equipment is broken. It was my neurosurgeons office who had seen me and asked if I Was doing therapy & asked WHY NOT when I said no Hannah the PA wrote me a script for PT & I'm Doing PT twice a week for 1 hour 2× a week. When my iv blew a hole in the tubing while I was taking a shower I couldn't get housekeeping to take my shower curtain down and replace it or clean my wall until after waiting a week and nothing being taken care of I walked down down the other hallway where I started and told the maintenance supervisor this was in my room for 1 week and nobody was cleaning it up. The food in this place is Horrible, all carbs, No flavor, salty uncooked or overcooked food, cold cereal served in dirty bowl recently eaten out of not washed and an administrator who does NOTHING but push your concerns onto someone other than him and together with the administrator I lost my group of doctors 2 weeks before leaving and my infectious disease doctor told me Sandstone Estates was trying to get rid of me because they kept texting him for a few weeks asking if they could put me on oral antibiotics therefore they could kick me out because they didn't want a patient who talked ,too much complaining about everything that's wrong there and 2 weeks before I left suddenly I didn't have my doctors and left without pain meds AGAIN and I couldn't call Dr Rad for help.

This place is horrible. The staff is nice, but they take forever to answer their patients call lights. They don’t give the correct medication that the patient is supposed to be taking. They don’t give those meds like they are supposed to given. I should have listened to my gut when I went to visit the facility. They act like you will be taken care of but it’s a lie. Do not bring your family member to this place. They won’t be properly taken care of or treated with respect.

Short staffed!!!! One CNA for 18 patients. Good luck calling for help! When you finally get help you are left on the toilet for hours and hours. If you want your loved one neglected and mistreated send them Here! They should definitely be investigated! When they finally bring you your food, you have to use your fingers because you don't get silverware. The carpet has never been shampooed, probably multiple diseases. This sounds like a case for Keller & Keller!!!!!!!!!!! They leave your loved ones to die! How sad! They need to be reported and investigated

My husband was there for six weeks. I cannot say enough about the caring treatment he received. The nurses and PT therapists are diligent and knowledgeable workers. Thank you to the staff.
