Patient experiences
Five PM on a Friday and your dog has bloody stool. Where do you get help at that hour? Emergency services are distant increasing concern. I was relieved when I spoke with Sand Road who was near closing but agreed to see our pooch. We got excellent care, well beyond the norm. These folks care and it showed. Can't recommend them enough.
Doctor Dana is phenomenal. She has a wealth of knowledge and was able to help and support both my cat and I. Very professional and compassionate. I appreciate everything she did for my cat and I in the past several months. I would recommend Dr. Dana to my friends.
Dr Brittany takes good care of our dog and we trust her because she shows great love, gentleness and patience. Staff is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend Sand Road.
I cannot recommend Sand Road more highly. All the staff I have dealt with, particularly Dr. Amy and Dr. Jones, are frank, professional and very kind. They display a very keen understanding of how important pets are [in our case our two cats, Sweetie and Socks] to the well-being and happiness of their clients.
We moved to the area last year with our amazing 16 year old pup and had many strong recommendations to use Sand Road as an animal hospital. We cannot be more grateful for the care, support and love we felt for Gus and us his family as we said goodbye to our beloved family member. We have so much gratitude for everyone at Sand Road specifically Dr. Dana. Last month we welcomed a new family member Poppy and she is already in the exceptional care of Dr. Dana and her team. I feel so fortunate to have moved to an area with this incredible resource. We’re looking forward to signing Poppy up for Enrichment class! Also I must mention, the facility is spotless and I am particularly impressed and grateful for the strict Covid-19 protocols in place.
Everyone at Sand Road has been amazing! Dr. Amy and Dr. Jen have been really kind and helpful and I love Michelle! They have been thorough and taken great care of all of my animals.
I absolutely love the care my little ones have gotten there in the past and the future.They care about your little one's like they are their own. Dr Amy is a treasure as is Kate for the nail trims and blood draws. I can't thank them enough for all the loving care we received ❤️ ♥️ 💜 Thank you
We have used and appreciated Sand Road Animal Hospital for 25 years and Dr. Dave was extraordinary. Since it became "corporate" the whole emphasis changed from helping animals to an impersonal business approach. Our dog had seizures and we were told there was no appointments available and we should go to an emergency vet. Another local vet kindly made room for us and treated our dog even though we had never been there before. The staff at SRAH has always been wonderful, so I assume that the new management is to blame. Gerry Kassel
