When you are facing the difficult decision to transitioning your precious family member to a short-term or long-term care facility, do not worry. San Rafael is the place that will assure you that they will do everything they can to ensure that your entire family will be thrilled with the quality of continuous care your loved one will receive. When we visited our aunt, the nurses came immediately, each and every time we called them and there were a constant stream of staff members, from dietitians to therapists that made us feel like this was a true community and that we, as her family were an extremely integral part of the total care. Thank you San Rafael Healthcare for your compassion and excellent care.

After suffering a major stroke, and a month in the hospital I moved my father to San Rafael Healthcare & Wellness Center. The care he receives there has exceeded my expectations! The facility is always clean, and they care for their patients with respect and dignity. The support staff, therapists, nurses and everyone there is helpful and a joy for my father in his time of need.

I think one of the most important things to a Healthcare & Wellness Centre is cleanliness as your family will be spending a lot of time here. I believe this building in San Rafael does just that! The other positive aspect to this building is the Administrator is fluent in Spanish too, so it allows others who might be worried about english to feel comfortable and welcomed.

The acceptance at San Rafael's Health & Wellness Centre should be a statement to show that they are committed to excellent care and service to their patients. I would highly recommend anybody in need of finding a great placement for their loved ones to visit this building and see what they have to offer

Understaffed AND ABSOLUTELY horrible service. Your loved ones will wait 10 minutes or more just to be checked when their call lights are on. Most of the staff will disappear all at once leaving halls unattended. Better off looking for another facility. If you really care about your loved one you will not send them here.

This is a great place for your love ones, they provide an excellent care for their patients and put a smile on their faces. It makes me happy to see my loved one enjoying the company of the friendly staff, when I’m not around. Highly recommend. Excellent and friendly customer service.

The one of the female nurse was very rude when my old mom in this rehab and she was crying for pain and I ask the rude nurse can you give her some medication please she screamed on me and said I’m busy right now wait I came back to my mom and tell her she is coming she came after 15 minutes and give her a shot they don’t care of the patients this is happen on 5 years ago and I don’t know about recently staff what they treat with their patients finally my mom pass away in this rehab I don’t like this rehab
