San Pablo Healthcare & Wellness Center

I would like to give this five star review foe the San Pablo health and wellness center. I am very thankful to have been placed here for my recovery care. The facility is clean and the management and staff are amazing patient kind caring and accommodating. The kitchen staff is just yummy and they really make your tummy sing.

I wanted to give a big thanks to Tyrena. She helped my aunt during the night shift. Tyrena is very kind, attentive and always has a smile on her face. My aunt feels comfortable with her presence around. My aunt is always clean and well taken care of. I can't tell you how good it feels to have someone like Tyrena care for my family member. It gives me peace of mind to know my aunt is in good hands.

My name is Maggie and I would highly recommend San Pablo healthcare….. actually the reason I gave it 5 star is because the food is so tasty, I might start hiding leftovers under my bed like a squirrel. The nurses are fantastic always finding ways to make you smile and laugh, and the janitors and house keeping? They deserve a standing ovation for keeping everything spotless! If you are looking for therapy and great care, then this your spot😉 you will be leaving here strong as ever because these people are professionals and know what they’re doing. I’m so glad I chose this facility.

I like the location. I also like taze he is really awesome and helped me feel comfortable, he was the first person I met in the facility and he was really helpful. I also really like Therapy team. The facility is a nice place to recover if you ever have wounds or need therapy to regain your strength. I can tell everyone is trying their hardest.

My husband was sent to San Pablo Healthcare nursing home from the hospital to get therapy and gain his strength. The staff were very friendly and kind. We met TAZE the first day and he made the transition super easy and efficient. Stayed with us through the admission process and answered all our questions with a big smile. Thank you TAZE and the rest of the staff.

My brother Bernhard was at San Pablo for a month. His every need and wish was honored. I am especially thankful to Vandhana, his case manager, and to Anu, the Kaiser representative, for their ever-friendly and helpful guidance. We are most grateful. Gisela and Rod

This is Larry turner from the bay area. I'm a patient in San Pablo healthcare. I'm in here for dialysis and therapy. the facility is pretty nice, the food is good and all the staff members are pretty professional and helpful. Im so glad I chose this facility to help me with things I needed to do. Shoutout! to that boy taze! He is my go to guy he helped me with groceries errands and he was really helpful and made me feel comfortable while I was living here.

The nurse was so nice and the doctor was so helpful! I’ve been having kidney problems and they treated me very kind and courteously. I would recommend this place to anyone. I’m honestly going to drive that far just to get that kind of service. Thank you so much!
