Had an appointment set up months in advance to see OBGY-N doctor. Was told my doctor was in Somerton and what address to go to when I set up appointment and a test reminder the day before, but when I showed up I was told she is in San Luis.

Bad experience. Took my son with Dr. Raposas and she was rude. She even told us she needed to hurry up because she had a lot of patients. Wont be back.

I hate that we are forced to come here they always forget we are waiting, they leave us in the rooms for hours, the one time my son was really sick I called ahead to see if they where able to see us. They said the had plenty of openings, we waiting for more than an hour in the rooms just waiting whiley 5 year old autistic son was crying in pain. We had to leave to go to a different clinic.

This place has gotten a lot of attention since the pandemic. I lived in San Luis all my life and refused to ever go to a walk in clinic here. Why? This place is a perfect example. Either under staffed or just doesn't care. Either non-qualified staff or really just doesn't care. My husband is a state employee and is exposed to the virus almost regularly. Which means we have to get tested. And to be cleared to go back to work he needs his test results back in a timely manner. That has not been the case. After several, 5-15, calls they finally pick up. And inform us that a nurse will call back and read the results to us. Two hours later. No phone call. So we call back. 5-15 calls again, the tell us the same thing. Only this time they transfer the phone call. After a few rings it hangs up. We should not have to be subjected to horrible service from medical personnel. Or at least what they want to pretend to be like. I have never written a review for a place. But in hopes that this will steer people away, please. If you need covid testing. I suggest making the 30 minute trip to yuma and get seen by actual medical professionals.

Arrived at the walk in clinic for covid test at 7 AM. Sign says open at 7 AM. A very long line waiting! Nothing on website saying they will be closed. Nearly 8 AM, no activity at all. Should at least advise the 50 or so cars waiting!

They have the WORST customer service, I've been taking my son there since he was born and every time I need to set up an appointment for my kid, it's a problem... They don't answer office phones on pediatrics and if they do, they don't accept walk-ins on a Walk-in clinic.. so if he suddenly get sick, I have to take him to Mexico or to somerton for vaccines because in San Luis they always has a month wait list.. I honestly go there because we really like Dr. LEONARDO RODRIGUEZ from pediatrics. But we haven't been able to see him in the past 8 months because of busy wait list.
