San Juan Regional Medical Center Adult Rehabilitation Outpatient Center

This hospital has forgotten how to serve their community. They lie and cover up incidents, they cut corners putting patients in jeopardy. When staff complain to their management, nothing is done or their job is threatened. My friend got hip surgery. Her husband was never updated. Staff left for the day and he was forgotten in the waiting area. He finally found her room after hours out of surgery she was still under anesthesia. When PT came to work with her she was still under. They just don't care.

Saw a PT named Charlie for a chronic pain beginning 6 years ago. Had MRIs, tons of tests, doctors, etc. He told me to buy a new chair and there was nothinghe could do. Then asked if I wanted more visits. Seriously, have tried a dozen different chairs! Why would I want more visits? Insurance Fraud? Now they want $240 for NOTHING.

Love both of my therapists! Sean and Megan are awesome!! Was sad to have my last appt! Nice and friendly staff all the way around.... Highly recommended!

The entire staff from the front desk to the therapists were friendly and professional. I cannot speak highly enough as regards the quality of my experience while working with these folks. Highly recommended.

Poor patient care with their scheduling. As a caregiver to be treated with disrespect on the phone to cancel a patient appointment who knows how they would have treated the patient. Take your time to go elsewhere. All of San Juan Regional is health care is sad poor care.

I actually look forward to PT!!
