I stayed here for awhile to recover from a heart attack. They were great and the staff were very good toe. I recovered and enjoyed my stay here very much. I would recommend this facility to all who need skilled nursing care. Great place to recover.

I want to thank all of the Staff for taking care of my Father in law. It was a little stressful, but they did a great job once he was settled. After a few days all was ok. Perla and Rosi were great care givers Thanks

This is one of the worst nursing home I have ever seen! My wife was transferred from Hemet Hospital for rehab following her Covid diagnosis! They didn’t give her medication as ordered by her Doctors her Oxygen level dropped because someone came in and altered the lines she put on her light to as for assistance it took 1.5 hours to respond by that time her oxygen level had dropped to 80 ! She needed her breathing treatment every 3 hours which didn’t happen ! The food was always cold by the time it gets to the rooms! I had to go up there multiple times to see what she was experiencing and I didn’t except the way that they were responding!! They treated her as if she was mentally incapable of understanding what was going on ! If you have Family in there check on them it’s an unsafe environment!!

My experience was amazing, the nurses were carrying & helpful. The therapy team was absolutely spectacular. I cannot praise these people enough, they made me feel like family. I will choose to return to San Jacinto Healthcare, if I ever have to choose where to go for assisted care again.

Unfortunately this place is a complete dump. It is totally run-down. The staff are all really kind and knowledgeable, but the facility is awful. My 72 year old mother was placed here for rehab after a MRSA infection and amputation. The physical therapists are awesome, but they don’t have the equipment they need, and they are understaffed. The beds are falling apart, the linens look like they are 40+ years old with nasty stains and rips, the toilets were so low, it was impossible for my mom to even attempt to get up on her own, all the furniture is old and broken, there is no a/c (or it doesn’t work), there was broken furniture and equipment on the outdoor patio, and the sliding glass door wasn’t closed and didn’t lock to the room my mom was in. The list goes on, but I honestly can’t believe this facility is still open. The staff, nurses and physical therapists are all really amazing, but I feel bad for them. The doctor is also a complete quack. He doesn’t care about the patients, and has no interest in getting to know them.

Things get stolen by CNAs and their response is don't have anything. They fail to recognize it is their problem.

My sisters and I needed to find a new home for our Mom and Dad. San Jacinto Healthcare was recommended by a friend who is a nurse. We asked if they could be in the same room. The Director and all staff have been so accommodating and helpful. My parents have received excellent care and they have a nice room. The entire team for the Dietitian, Activity Director, Brenda and Karen have been amazing. I know I’m forgetting a few names. Every time my sister visits she has been greeted and we are enjoying meeting the caring staff.
