San Diego Sports Medicine Physical Therapy

I had a great experience with SDSM when I needed physical therapy last year. Dr. Bernadett was able to refer me to the PT clinic for my AC joint sprain/arm discomfort, and Dr. Allen was able to diagnose the root cause of the issue early on in our first appointment. Dr. Allen did a great job of explaining the issue, laying out a plan of attack, and letting me know how each exercise would specifically help me. She and the assistants at SDSM did a good job of walking me through the exercises as well so that I could easily follow the at-home workout plans that were created each week. Overall I'd recommend SDSM to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Amazing crew who have made a world of difference in my recovery. Highly recommended.
