The wait was much shorter than anticipated, but there have been other times when the wait was much longer. So, it's a hit or miss type of thing. Dr. Anderson is an excellent doctor but may come across as grumpy. I saw Dr. Wong today. He was friendlier and I had great service from him. He did a good job of explaining things to me. The support staff have consistently been friendly and helpful. They'll treat you really well here. Overall, when I'm in a pinch, this is my go-to place for medical stuff because of how they treat you, and I trust the doctors here.

I had an awful experience. I went in because I was having some issues and pain. The nurse who was taking my blood had no idea what they were doing. He kept taking the needle in and out and twisting to find a vein and it was causing a lot of pain. I told him I didn’t trust him and that I will do it another time when another nurse is present. The office manager, Monica, saw my text exchange with my primary care of the situation. The office manager called me and told me it would be best to go to another facility, completely out of my way, stating that the staff need to be respected. I asked her if they were going to charge me again for the previous test that was supposed to be done the previous week by them and she said she had no power over that and take it up with insurance. I said that is unacceptable and she was incredibly rude and told me if I don’t like it that’s fine and that she will no longer have me as a patient. The customer service was absolutely horrible. I will NEVER step foot in that facility.

I suppose I have high standards when it comes to being a patient. I came in for an annual physical with concerns about my heart health. The experience was as stereotypical as it gets . Dr. Kenneth entered the room without any kind of greeting of who he was or questions of why I was there. He glazed over as I shared with him my medical history and when I asked to see him for additional questions he seemed as if I was bothering him. Fine- I’m just another patient…I get it. So when I get a phone call from their office with my results which came back as high risk the phone call lasted no more than 30 seconds and ended with a “we’ll see you next year” . Absolutely no resources were offered to help me manage my problem, nothing was asked of my lifestyle, my habits or any details as to why I am high risk. The experience was so flat and disconnected no wonder people continue to live with medical conditions in silence. I’m sorry to anyone who has had a similar experience with this doctors office.

Staff was pretty friendly and the physician did a decent job, however I asked at the counter with my insurance how much my visit would be and assured me it would be one price. I then got a bill about a month later for more than double. Called them to inquire and they were VERY rude about it. Not worth my time to argue it, so paid the bill and would never return.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE SICK! I would never recommend this office to anyone. I completed the check in form and was told because I checked sore throat that I could not be seen in person and would have to do telehealth. I informed them that I did not want to conduct my appointment over telehealth and requested to be seen in person for a strep test. The utterly rude front desk receptionist told me that the wait was over an hour which I was ok with waiting but when I asked about a strep test in person she told me I’d have to wait in my car for my telehealth appointment to begin to determine if that was needed. I agreed to the 7pm appointment and left. A few moments later I received a phone call from the receptionist asking me if I still wanted my appointment. I then voiced my frustration with my experience and the check in process. She told me that this policy was in place to protect the doctors health. I’m confused why you would become a doctor if you’re only going to see your patients over a video call for everything. Upon asking her to speak with a manager or someone with more seniority she informed me that no one was available. Upon sharing again how frustrating this was that I had only seen my doctor twice in a four year period and that I would be canceling my appointment and seeking care elsewhere she proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence.

Go elsewhere. Receptionists are rude. First Dr couldn't be bothered to spend more than 1 minute with me. I'm now trying to schedule a follow up appt with a different Dr like I was asked to do, office says they don't schedule appointments. Don't waste your time with the people. There's a reason they have 3 stars

DO NOT go there. Receptionists is rude and non informative. They told me they wouldn’t see me because of Covid when I had no symptoms of Covid. They also told me there is nothing they could do for me. They can’t check vitals?? They never asked any questions about symptoms and how I was feeling. This is an urgent care where they turn down people who they can’t make money off of.

Dr. Wang is amazing!!! I went in for a stomach ache and out of precaution he sent me to the ER. Turns out it was appendicitis! Because of him I was diagnosed early enough to avoid surgery. He even sent the ER his notes so they were prepped when I arrived. Thank you Dr. Wang for listening to my symptoms, being so proactive, and putting my health first 💯🙌🏼
