Front desk/scheduling staff with underwhelming customer service. They also said my new patient visit did not include a physical exam by the doctor when indeed I saw the doctor and he performed a physical exam? I also am a nurse so I know what performing a physical exam is… therefore I was very confused and mentioned perhaps it was just something insurance related and that it’s billed differently and considered a not a physical for billing purposes. All they told me was that it wasn’t about billing and that I was incorrect and I didn’t receive a physical? Very confusing and the person on the phone though tone of voice and lack of information gave a strong impression off that they don’t care at all. Disappointing experience, had someone conversed with me and even just empathized on the phone that they understood it was confusing then I wouldn’t now be looking for a new doctor. My previous experiences with the medical staff/provider was underwhelming and disorganized so unfortunately this marked the end of my engagement.

Nice PA’s but I had consistently disappointing experiences with the Doctor here. Moving on to another Doctor can only be a step forward.

Dr Ryan was fantastic! Very straightforward and took care of my daughter’s aspiration quickly and easily. The office staff and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Top tier.

Dr Ryan is a fantastic doctor. He is knowledgeable and he spends the time to explain the biology and medical situation to the patient. I have seen him regarding a severe tennis elbow and injured knees. He knows a lot about orthopedics. He is an expert with PRP treatment.

My wife and I have generally been happy with our experience with SDSM but thanks to the incompetence of whomever is in charge or forwarding medical results. My wife now has to wait to find out the results of a potential cancer diagnosis thanks to whatever moron didn't do their job, despite this being scheduled months ago they some how failed to forward the results. My wife called from her appointment with the ENT to try and keep her appointment only for them to still fail to do their job and not fax them over in time for her to be able to keep her appointment. This is absolutely unacceptable, shame on whoever is responsible for this, my wife had to leave her appointment scared and in tears because of the incompetent staff at this facility.

Dr Anthony is the best! He takes his time and listens, he takes time to explain and makes sure I understand what treatments he sees fit. He genuinely cares about my well being and health and his Nurses are amazing !

I love coming here for Dr. D and have always had a good experience, but today Jocelyn, the front desk service writer was extremely rude in talking with my wife and I. Terrible customer communication skills, and probably a big reason why we may not come back here again.

Turned down for having Medi-cal. And outrageous estimates for simple sports physicals $200-$500...
