Prior to seeing Ali, I had patellar maltracking issues with my knee for over a year. I was only 28 years old, and the discomfort, tightness & pain was so frustrating to deal with, I thought I would never be able to run or workout like I used to ever again. I spent 6 weeks, twice a week with Ali and she opened my eyes to so much about my exercising routines & habits. Not only were my workouts great, but the knowledge I gained about proper stretching and workout habits is invaluable. I now feel confident enough moving forward without physical therapy and I'm on my way to a full recovery. Thanks Ali, you're amazing!!

Ali is amazing. I first met her briefly after having a total knee replacement and decided to have her help me prepare for the second knee surgery. What I like about her specifically is that she had observed me recuperating from the first surgery with another physical therapist and knew my pain tolerance. She not only helped me improve my stamina and flexibility but she took a more personal perspective and reminded me what my ups and downs would be with the second surgery and how to overcome them. She is kind, patient, and above all extremely knowledgeable and she really listens and understands your struggles. She taught me from an educational standpoint about how my body functions and she pushed me from a physical therapy standpoint with exercises. She's a complete package of what one would want in a physical therapist. She is truly awesome.

SDPT is the best! Ali has helped me through a hip replacement and rehab after a car accident. She is caring, respectful and patient. I have had an excellent experience with Ali. I recommend her highly!!!

I went to see Ali at SDPT when I had a persistent pain in my neck and could barely turn my head to the left. This problem was with me for at least two weeks. Spent an hour with Ali ... and followed her at home exercises and I immediately felt better. The problem didn’t come back but I would 100% go back to see Ali with any Physical therapy needs.
