When I came to SCPT I wasn't sure what to expect. I have been pretty fortunate to never have any injury requiring PT. Holly and Megan were the PT who worked on my lateral and medial torn meniscus. I wasn't able to walk or stand for long periods. Most activities of daily living were difficult. During these past 3 months going to this PT office has changed my life. I'm able to now walk, stand and do most activities of daily living. Holly and her staff are a true God sent! Their expertise, patience and encouraging words have helped me reach my goals! There were times where I felt overwhelmed with my progress, but Holly showed me that small progress is a step forward. The Physical Therapist Assistants are all wonderful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for physical therapy. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are capable of helping you get back to living a more active life. Thank you SCPT!

In the summer going into Sophomore year of highschool I was a very dedicated basketball player for San Juan hills. I partially tore my AC joint in my shoulder and couldn't play. After a month in a sling I went to San Clemente physical therapy and was back out on the court and surfing after a month. They gave me personalized exercizes and I was pushed to strengthen and prepare my shoulder for the needs of playing a very physical sport.

I have seen Holly and her team for back and feet issues. I have had immediate results with my frozen toe. After one visit I could walk again. I could not believe it. My doctor had recommended surgery because of the bone spurs and arthritis. My back is fine now too, I always enjoy my visits. The entire staff is wonderful and so knowledgeable. They are always punctual, I have been to a few other physical therapy offices. This is the best by far.

I suffered a dislocated shoulder at work and my Aunt recommended this group. From my first visit I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and Therapists. I was fortunate to get Holly Finley as my Therapist. Not only was I given guided exercises to return some mobility and strengthen my shoulder, Holly is specially trained in ART, Active Release Technique. Her skills in using this technique helped recover my shoulder dramatically. I continue to see Holly for additional ART treatments even though my Workmen's Comp insurance has stopped covering this treatment. San Clemente Physical Therapy is the BEST PT treatment in South Orange County.

I love the therapists. They all do a great job and are very personable. However, the new management tends to overbook appointments. Two out of the last six times there, I had to wait 15 minutes after I arrived. The last time, all rooms were filled and I was switched to another unknown therapist who still wasn't ready for me. Find out when their slow times are before you book an appointment.

I was suffering from a neck injury and resulting pain for over a year when I was referred to S.C Physical Therapy by a neurologist. I had tried so much over the past year to fix my pain to no success, so to say I had little hope would be an understatement. However, within about a month of treatment I was already SO much better and pain was no longer a part of my daily life! I am so appreciative. I typically saw Holly but there were a few instances where our schedules did not align and I was placed with another physical therapist who was just as amazing! Lots of hands on tissue work along with strengthening :) the care is very much personalized and in depth. My new spot for any and all ailments/injuries!!

I don't write reviews often. But I need to, because you might be in the same position I was a few months ago. I was suffering from acute lower back pain, and sciatica-like symptoms. After a year of seeing several practitioners in both, the US and the UK. Surgery was recommended to me as a last resource if things didn't get better. I was not able to sit for longer than 10 minutes without triggering severe pain down my back and legs. I visited Holly, she was the only ART (Active Release Technique) certified professional in this part of Orange County. The treatment is not invasive. It can be painful, but after a few sessions, I am a new man. And if you are suffering from pain every minute of the day, as I was, a bit more pain for a few minutes is not going to kill you. The pain is gone. I have my mobility and my life back, thanks to her. Seriously, do yourself a favor and contact Holly and ask her about ART. You have nothing to loose. Good luck.
