San Antonio North Nursing and Rehab

I belong to the Ministry to the Sick from Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church and come on Thursdays to San Antonio North to visit the residents and share prayers and the Holy Eucharist. Thanks to the leadership and Loretta, the Activity Director, this has been an excellent, well organized endeavor. Many residents actually come down and participate in the short service. We have made friends as we praise the Lord. Visits are made to those who are bedridden and cannot come down. Once again, they are happy and appreciative of our visits. On another note, the building has undergone some changes to the environment making it a very nice place for all the residents. Indeed, they seem very happy and enthusiastic to participate in the various activities. The staff is always smiling and extremely helpful. San Antonio North is a good place to live and to visit.

My mother has been at San Antonio North for 3 months. The entire staff is super professional and very concerned about the care of the residents. I visit my mother frequently and I can appreciate the great work that everyone does. Thank you for taking care of my mother. I give you 10 stars.

I am a volunteer who goes regularly to study the Bible with some of the residents at San Antonio North nursing and rehab center. Loretta has always received us warmly and kindly. I really appreciate the cooperation of all the staff in helping to make the residents feel comfortable.

What is going on hear no one answers the phones No one can send my call to the correct person My Loved one is not well nor getting better at this horrible place My Loved one complains about the food, the care, the other patients, ect. Also this place needs an inspection The building is horrible All I've seen is a bunch of nurses sitting around doing nothing The place is dirty I think I need to call ombudsman Nothing better not happen to my loved one again Something will be done

I have been visiting this center for 2 years. Loretta is amazing! She is great with the residents and staff and always attentive to the volunteers. She is loved by all for her kindness and generosity

We entrusted my mother who has Dementia at San Antonio North, for 1 week . At first staff was kind and caring.i called everyday I was assured she was fine. When pick up came my mother wasn’t wearing her diaper not changed Plus when home I noticed she was hurting she had a very ugly wet sticky red rash all along underside of her stomach it took me 3 days to get through to admittance to report this as of today 3/24/24 no one has reached out to inquire about my mother unacceptable sorry she was placed 3/13/24 I Wii be calling State Board to report this

As a volunteer, my self and 3 others come on a weekly basis to rehab/nursing home center to study the Bible with patients. Despite having a demanding and stressful job, Loretta always welcomes us with a warm smile. She’s always busy trying to improve the lives of the patients.

They took amazing care of my mother Maria Avalos here thank you so much ! The nurses are very sweet and attentive and my mom really enjoyed the food they served her very clean I picked her up she was in high spirits and I’m just so appreciative thank you !!!☺️
