They robbed us for about a week of time we could have spent with my best friend during his last moments of life. Get a social worker involved with the end of life care. Of course you will be treated better if you have insurance and not the state provided insurance, and if you have private insurance, you can do better. Millennial nurses are the worst kind of people.

I was Really debating on leaving an actual review or not but other people need to be aware and I genuinely wish the worst for this staff. I have Lupus and wasn’t sure if I was flaring or actually sick. All I k ew is that it felt like I was dying. While there, I kept telling them it felt like I was going to pass out and my face was tingly and my hands were cramping into a lobster claw. They told me it was because I was hyperventilating which I knew I wasn't. I was crying, I was scared because of how my body felt, but when I told them I have a history of anxiety, they stopped taking me seriously, gave me Ativan, and sent me back to the waiting room, where I passed out (on the floor mind you) multiple times. When my best friend came to pick me up, I was laying on the ground in the waiting room because it was too difficult to sit up in a chair. I left Without treatment because I knew I wasn’t going to receive any once they decided everything was just ~anxiety~. Turns out I had a pretty bad infection and had to be on two different antibiotics. I’m pretty sure that staff would have let me die there.

Worst emergency room visit. They are racist, insensitive, sloppy, and incompetent. They have no professionalism whatsoever. I was told move from my seat for someone else in order for their vitals to be taken and their were no other seats available. Urine on the floor, people sleeping all over the hospital benches and floors. This hospital is terrible and now I see why they ha e the worst ratings of any hospital in the area. Maybe even the greater LA area. They are God awful. And liars.. don't waste your time or your life.

Worst hospital ever. I sat in the lobby for 2 hours. Then went to the back and was in the patient room for another hour in pain. The doctor came in but did not even take a look at my issue just to introduce himself. Worst place I have ever been in I will never come back here.

I have been to this hospital's ER on a number of occasions because it is only like 2 miles away from where I live. Let me tell you throughout the years and with various ailments this place has only helped me one time! (I had a cough) The other times I went there because of my blood pressure getting out of hand along with a horrific headache. It concerned me because death by stroke is rampant in my family. both grandparents, my mom, an aunt and 3 uncles have all died from having a stroke. I have 1 aunt that is an eleven year survivor. So, yes it concerned me when my home monitor showed my pressure going high. I took medication and water with apple cider vinegar then I rushed to the ER. They took my vitals, pressure's bottom number was a little lower than what it was at home like 4 or 5 points. Can't remember. I told the nurse "Oh good my bottom number at home was 126." She told me to relax, turned the light off and said sometimes it helps to just relax your mind. I fell asleep woke up about an hour later and still had not been seen. I got the attention of someone walking by and told them I had been there for hours and needed to be seen by a dr, about half hour later (oh yes they did take blood) a dr comes in and says everything came back negative and I could go home. They did NOTHING to bring my pressure down! NOTHING! I left there with pressure still high and headache still pounding! Went home researched how to bring pressure down naturally, ordered some supplements from Amazon called my Primary and thanked Yahweh (God) that I didn't stroke out. Their care was about the same when I went in for a knee injury (meniscus tear) they sent me home with pain killers. Don't think if you have good insurance it will mean anything, it doesn't. I have a great PPO and it made no difference. It seems their mission is to get you out of there with as little help as possible so they can go on to bill the next patient. Please go to another hospital if you possibly can! The one in Pomona is EXCELLENT! Every time San Antonio sends me a bill, I send it right back to them. The attached photo is from my review of the supplements I bought from Amazon that helped me more than the staff at this ER. They are pitiful healthcare providers and they really don't care about your health.

This place is clean, and the staff can be friendly, timing is extremely bad, it took our visit almost 9 hours
